I had no issue with salesperson Ross whom I worked with it. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional and showed great customer service. My experiment was excellent. Adriano helped my mom and I. He did whatever he could to get the price we wanted, gave us detail about the car and had a great personality which made working with him better. Tom Cream was the first person I had communication with via internet whan I asked about a Maxima with the sport package.He notified me quickly with a response and told me as soon as one was on the lot I wo via internet whan I asked about a Maxima with the sport package.He notified me quickly with a response and told me as soon as one was on the lot I would be notified.a week later he notified me that one was in and wanted to know if I was interested in coming in to see it.He set up an appointment for me to come in and I was set up with Josh Citron.I test drove the Maxima and I really liked it and decided that I did want to buy it.Josh was extremely helpful with this process and answered every question I asked.I never felt any pressure to buy,which I think goes a long way,I do not like to feel pressured to do anything i dont want to do.Josh did not make me feel that way at all.If he did I probably would have left.That is a great quality to have as a salesman is you want my opinion.No one wants to feel pressured.Lastly,Carl was also very helpful with the final sale.He explained everything very clearly,and again,I felt no pressure from him to buy anything I didnt want.All in all I had a very nice experience at the dealership and the employees there.Thank you for all the help. It was a horrible experience for me at the Kelly Nissan Lynnfield dealership on Friday 9/21/2012. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for my auto service and also doing one service recall. I was the 3 car in t Lynnfield dealership on Friday 9/21/2012. I had an appointment at 7:30 AM for my auto service and also doing one service recall. I was the 3 car in the line before the shutters were pulled up 7:30 AM. A lady checked me in with the miles and then I was asked to go an check in at the desk where they assign to the service advisor. I waited for more than 20 minutes without being called for the service advisor. While I was seated I saw other customer (at least 6-7) checking in with the service advisor who were after me. When I inquired with the lady at the desk she told me that there are still 3 more people in front of me. I left the service without even getting my car serviced. They dealership didn't even contact me to check what was the problem. They called to apologize only when I raised a complaint with Nissan consumer. I would never go back to this dealership for any kind of service after such a treatment. More
