I had not had a brand new car since I was 21 (am now 55) and I was also considering two other vehicles from other dealers. The outstanding price incentives that were available during President's weekend along with Consumer Reports & other online vehicle reviews of small SUVs were key factors in my decision to buy the top of the line Rogue. I did my homework/research prior to my final decision. The test drive was a good experience and I appreciated the fact that there was not an "overkill" salesman pitch regarding my decision to purchase the Rogue. What was particularly interesting was when my husband and I were simply taking a drive thru the dealership to glance at the cars on the lot, Mr. Audette walked way out into the lot - on a bitterly cold day - and inquired whether we needed any assistance. No one did that at any other dealership - and I drove through probably 8 dealers' lots around the area. I admired his initiative and being a very young man new to this line of work - I thought he handled himself quite well and in a professional manner. It was clear he is still learning the ropes a bit as he interacted with his manager several times on various aspects of the transaction (and prior to my purchase decision.) Which was perfectly fine with me; I appreciated his pleasant manner and high degree of willingness to assure my purchase experience was a good one. We purchased a vehicle after 10 years of not having any car payments. Sam Pina was our sales person. We went on a test drive and although we were telling him which vehicle we were interested in (a new 2012 Pathfinder, silver edition on special that we eventually bought) he would not stop showing us two used vehicles even though we repeatedly told him that we were not interested, He wouldn't take out the new 2012 silver edition Pathfinder that we wanted to drive and so we left....we shopped around to Kia and Chevrolet and decided that we wanted to go back to Nissan we really liked the 2012 pathfinder.....so Katie spoke to someone there who put us in touch with Corey Ragusa who was great from the get go, concerned and willing, he was a great redemption for your dealership....we finally got to drive that silver edition! We love it and are very happy with our purchase....I did call back the day after we bought the vehicle and spoke to Corey because the interior front lights were not coming on automatically with the doors, even though the switch was in the right position, and he was very helpful letting me know how to rectify the situation. Overall we were very satisfied with Kelly Nissan and we are very glad we came back and gave you a second chance.....Thank you so much! More
