My experience at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield was excellent. I worked with Amin Alchalabi, who treated me with great respect. He asked me a bunch of questions as to what I was looking for in a car and the price I worked with Amin Alchalabi, who treated me with great respect. He asked me a bunch of questions as to what I was looking for in a car and the price range in which I wanted to spend. Sure enough later that day, I purchased a 3 year old Nissan Altima. The price and condition were excellent, and the way in which Amin treated me were the main reasons why I did business there. I would recommend anyone out there in search for a new/used Nissan to go to Kelly of Lynnfield, and work with Amin. Very knowledgeable, friendly and respectful. 10/10. More
I ended up going to Kelley Nissan to look at a Corolla, but it ended up getting sold just after closing hours before my first thing in the morning appointment, so I was naturally a little bummed about that but it ended up getting sold just after closing hours before my first thing in the morning appointment, so I was naturally a little bummed about that. My understanding is that it wasn't totally for sure, so they showed me some other cars and were willing to give me a better price because I had come for something else. I ended up going to another appointment for another car, but was not so impressed with them and came back to Kelly Nissan and looked at a few more vehicles before they sold me an Altima, a car I had put out of my price range at a price point I could afford and was well below blue book. Mike Sullivan, our sales rep, let us use his computer to check the reliability of a car I liked before I purchased, and was great about not pressuring or trying to sell me something I didn't want or a car he thought was of poor reputation or quality. The purchase process was quick and easy and Mike even came in on his day off so I could pick up the car. The reason I didn't give the full 5 on customer service was because of the fiasco with the corolla, but they mostly made up for that and I couldn't be happier with the way it worked out. Kelly Nissan will be high on my list when I need another car. More
Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield provided me with the best car shopping experience I have had. When I submitted my requirements for a quote through Nissan USA website, Angela responded to my requirements within shopping experience I have had. When I submitted my requirements for a quote through Nissan USA website, Angela responded to my requirements within a day. The quote was easy to understand, and she included requirements I needed to meet to obtain the vehicle (2013 Nissan Altima Coupe) at the quoted price. When I contacted Angela and asks to test drive the car within 45 minutes, she responded there was no problem with the timing and for me to ask for her when I arrived. When I arrived Angela met me and very professionally explained Amin would now handle my needs. Amin was straight forward and very easy to deal with. He took the time to explain the entire transaction process, and made me feel very comfortable. When the car was brought for a test drive I received the biggest surprise. The car was the exact car (right down to the color) I had requested in my requirements. Dealing with Amin was a pleasure. He listened to me, was very knowledgeable of the car and answered all of my questions promptly and accurately. Completing the seal was done efficiently and effectively. Ray was great to work with also, he simply explained things and took the time to explain all of my options, Ray took the time to ensure I was comfortable with the transactions and tailored financing to meet my needs. The whole process at the dealership took under 2 hours. When I picked up the car it was ready when I requested with all of the appropriate work completed. Amin spent as much time as I needed to get fully comfortable with the car. Everyone at Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield treated me with respect and gave me a level of comfort I have never experienced from any dealer. I look forward to an association with Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield for some time to come. More

I went in after doing much research and shopping around. Ross was able to work hard with me to get the deal I was looking for. I recommend anyone looking for a new Nissan to go see Ross Clark. I want to thank Mike Sullivan and Carl Tagliamonte for their help in puchasing a new Murano from Kelly. From the moment I entered the dealership, Mike made me feel like he was working for me, rather than their help in puchasing a new Murano from Kelly. From the moment I entered the dealership, Mike made me feel like he was working for me, rather than for Kelly or Nissan. He showed me a new older model in the showroom but when I told him I was looking for a different color, he went right to work finding me what I wanted. Mike continued his support through the entire process including making sure the vehicle was prepaired for delivery to my and his standards. Carl was very patient walking me through the numbers. He totaly understands the customers point of view dealing with an important, confusing purchase. Carl helped me understand the numbers even when I came back a couple of days later. More
My husband bought me a 2013 Nissan Rogue, Mike Sullivan was the salesperson and he was fantastic, friendly, good personality and when I picked up the car he went over everything in the car and taught me ho was the salesperson and he was fantastic, friendly, good personality and when I picked up the car he went over everything in the car and taught me how to use everything, I have already told my friends to go and see him. I was just a little upset that another salesman turned around and said he helped us when it was Mike that did the sale from beginning to end. More
Excellent experience with Dan and Carl. We purchased a used 08 Altima from this dealership and had nothing but issues from the start. Fritz was an okay sales person, and the only complaint I really have against him was that he promised to orde had nothing but issues from the start. Fritz was an okay sales person, and the only complaint I really have against him was that he promised to order us some touch up paint to fix a few minor scratches on the car and never did it. Now onto the problems with this dealership/service department: There seems to be a complete lack of communication between sales and service here. We were told by Fritz when we purchased that our first two oil changes were on the house. Upon showing up for the first service appointment, the receptionist in service had no idea what we were talking about and we had to haggle to get the oil change for free. When we purchased the car, the tire pressure senor indicator was on, and Fritz indicated that one or some of the tire pressure senors needed to be replaced. This was supposedly done before we picked up the car, however on our first long distance trip (about 3 hours from home) one of the tire pressure senors gave out, leaving us stranded in the middle of January weather. The dealership claimed ignorance about this issue and we had to get someone from Nissan customer service involved to get them to help us. We also had transmission issues with the car so much so that driving the car between 25-40 MPH made the entire car vibrate and shake. Finally after repeated visits to service complaining about this problem, they agreed to replace it under warranty. However, when I arrived to drop the car off to have it serviced, they didn't have a loaner car waiting for me to take even though I had confirmed I would need a loaner when the appointment was setup. The service manager actually said something to the effect of "I can't just give you a loaner if it's not in the system, because then my next customer won't have one to take." It's not my problem or fault that your service people didn't put me down for a loaner. After these experiences with the service department here, I stopped giving them my business. I have already traded in the 08 Altima I purchased here for a 2013 Maxima from a much better Nissan dealership. I would never recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone, in fact I have told at least a dozen people to steer clear of the place. Awful experience. More
Nissans are not bad cars, in fact we just got another one, after getting rid of the junk we purchased from Kelly a year and a half ago. I cannot recount the number of problems we have had with the compan one, after getting rid of the junk we purchased from Kelly a year and a half ago. I cannot recount the number of problems we have had with the company, service, and the car we purchased itself. Fortunately for Nissan we didn't blame the brand, but we definitely blame the dealership. The problems began right after we purchased our car. We bought a "certified" used car that was leased with low miles. Supposedly the car was checked over thoroughly before we could pick it up and take it home. Ok, fine. But then, please explain how we were left stranded in the middle of nowhere in the middle of winter because they failed to notice the TPS was causing a leak in the tire? We even had to pay out of pocket to have it fixed where we were. I was livid and spoke to the main "Kelly" office after (by this point we also failed to receive touch-up paint we had been promised, and the car was vibrating horribly when being driven, and had been given a hard time trying to get one of the three free oil changes we were promised when we bought the car. And the girl at the desk was plenty rude about it as well, asking who our sales rep was because they needed to figure out why he would say that, because its not something they offer. Perhaps the service department and sales should try talking once in a while. Sales had gone fine, I think the salesperson we had was a decent guy, though he still owes us some paint. Also, after having another problem "fixed" our window somehow lost the ability to be "automatic". At this point we took it to another dealer to fix it. At the other dealer we were told there was a problem with the shocks, that needed to be replaced. At this point we had it with our "certified" used car, and it is now out of our hands. When we got another Nissan from another dealership we were astounded by how thorough they were. Our salesperson went over the car bit by bit, and was really confused why we hadn't gotten the same treatment at Kelly, since apparently this is a requirement of Nissan itself. I have so many more things I could write about but I won't waste your time. The bottom line is: this place is awful. I hope Fritz takes his sales skills somewhere else. Everyone else should stay at Kelly, at least then I know they are concentrated at one awful location. More
