My wife never lets up and Josh rolled with it. We spent a ton of time with them the first day and when I said I wasnt comfortable signing away on the first day, he didnt push. We even left put a deposit down on an MDX, came back to Kelly the next day for one last look before we sealed the MDX deal, left again, came back again, left again...and Josh was mild mannered the whole time never pushing us or showing that he was annoyed (he must have been!) when it looked for certain we were not going to buy it. Because he was so great and took the time to work us through some issues we had, he made the sale. We did our homework. there is no doubt he got us the best deal possible...even compared to my company's buying program that I shopped out to other dealers. Give this guy a bonus. Jason is excellent as well. He helped make the initially uncomfortable negotiating experience great. Josh and Jason left us feeling great as we drove off the lot. Thanks guys! More

We found the experience of buying a new car at Kelly to be easy and pleasant. Ross was friendly, helpful and informative without being at all pushy, which is a real turn-off for us. We are a repeat Nissan customers having purchased our first Nissan after much consideration of other vehicles back in April 2006. The service from the dealership was as excellent then as it is now, mayb first Nissan after much consideration of other vehicles back in April 2006. The service from the dealership was as excellent then as it is now, maybe even better now since we are very pleased with the 2006 Nissan Altima & they seem to sell themselves. The 2006 Altima purchased runs well having just past 100,000 miles with little maintenance. So when my wife asked to purchase a new family car, the choice was obvious & for her, it was another Altima. So I stopped by Service Manager, Roy, who is a personal friend & asked him to introduce me to the best salesman at the Kelly Dealership. Roy introduced me to Mr. Adriano Carlo & Roy asked Adriano to "take good care of me". We went through the satisfactory history of the first Altima & compared the new Altima to the Maxima. Adriano showed me the Maxima, I sat in it & then moved to the back seat to check legroom for passengers & was disappointed. I being close to 6 feet tall, had to really cramp my feet in before getting them under the driver's seat in front of me left as I would have had it positioned. Adriano explained that the Maxima was shortened & widened for a more sporty ride. I quickly discounted the Maxima & went over to do the same "test" with the Altima & it passed superbly. Next was a test ride of the 3.5 liter engine matched with the CVT & picking out model & accessories. We settled on a model, the 3.5 SV with the "extra" 7 inch Navigation system & price was very reasonable, negotiated back & forth a reasonable amount as is the case with all large purchases these days. The 0.0% 60 month Nissan factory financing was a key selling & price negotiation point. Adriano & Sam delivered the car spotless went through the 7 inch Navigation system with the "hands-free" dialing & my wife loves it. Adriano did everything we asked for & more, please keep him, treat him well for we want him around for our next vehicle. Adriano will be following up in a couple of weeks to see how we are doing with all the learning of the electronics & we will be back to see him. Adriano is a nice person & Roy (and the rest of the dealership) did not steer me wrong. We love Kelly Nissan & the cars purchased from them. Scott & Nadia Conrad More

I have bought a number of cars in the past, this is my first Nissan, and don't ever remember being so satisfied with my purchase. Corey Ragusa made me feel very confortable as I walked through the door. He was courteous and attentive to my needs and took the time to find out what I was looking for. He then selected a few folders of cars I might want to consider and after showing me the vehicles and test driving one of them I was sold. Corey and I actually developed a rapport and I feel I can rely on his help if needed in the future. I also enjoyed talking with Jason the Sales Manager who really made my deal happen. In conclusion I'm glad I found this dealership and am looking forward to having my Altima serviced there. More
