I had an awesome experience dealing with Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield! I had been to other car dealerships closer to my home and had some pretty awful experiences with salesman trying to push things on me that Lynnfield! I ended up coming to Kelly Nissan on a recommendation from my aunt and if I ever have to buy another car, this is the first place I am going. Right off the bat my salesman, Adriano Carlo, was bright and cheery and so unbelievable helpful/knowledgeable. We say down and he really listened to everything I wanted in a car, my price range, my preferences and everything under the sun. After narrowing down my search, I test drove two cars and ended up purchasing one. I have zero complaints!! I left the dealership very happy and confident in my choice. Adriano made sure I left that way! Again, awesome experience and I would never go anywhere else again! More

The finance department was thoughtful and honest with options and did not try to sell me any options that I did not want or need. In short, they were considerate, thoughtful and very efficient in getting me my new vehicle. They explained all the aspects of the vehicle and were very thorough during the test drive period. I did not comment on price because I felt it was relative to the vehicle purchase, however, I feel I got a very fair deal that I will not regret in the future. Thanks for making the process easy, quick and painless. I will gladly go back to Kelly Nissan in the future. More

Fritz Bonaventure was outstanding salesperson. I had originally been set to buy the same car at the Salem, NH dealership, however at the end I decided not to purchase the vehicle there. Did not like the old deal anymore, Michael surely turned everything around by giving me a deal that was everything I was looking for and far better than the competitors. Best quality: he listens to you to figure what you as the buyer want and need instead of pretending and then just repeating the same sales pitch in a different way. He is realistic and takes the time to explain the details so that there are no surprises when you are actually signing on the dotted line. Best experience: he actually cares to follow-up with you even after the sale is complete. Definitely the best car-buying/leasing experience so far and HIGHLY recommend Michael. As for Ray (Business Manager), to the point, won't waste your time trying to sell you add-ons that you don't really need just to make you pay more.
