I came into this location on a Wednesday to have my valve stem replace. I spoke to someone about a price for the part and the labor. I was told to have a seat and they would call me when they were ready. when my name was finally called, I was told that the service department was closed after I had already been waiting for nearly an hour. then I was told I should've brought my car into the service garage, which no one told me to do so, otherwise I would've done that. I'm sorry but this is probably the worst car dealer I've ever walked into. what should have been done is tell me from the beginning that they didn't have time to look at my car, rather than have me sit there for an hour. Right from when we stepped in the showroom he made us very comfortable patiently understanding what we were looking for and suggesting options (not at all pushy like the normal sales guy). Very small thing but he quickly adjusted his schedule and ensured that we got a ride when we had no commute option. He smoothly worked with the finance and delivery team to ensure that we get the car on time. He is an asset for Kelly Nissan and I will strongly recommend you to work with him for your next car. Ray Ferguson – the finance guy When Sam introduced me to Ray my first impression was that he is very tough guy and I was mentally ready for a hard time. But as we started to chat – he was very friendly (he is a guy who looks tough from outside but very easy to interact). Lots and lots of experience that I could easily tell and he gave me an excellent finance deal. I will definitely recommend everybody to go with him for your finance needs. More

He also made sure that after I found my car that I was moved quickly through the finance process. He didn't just leave me be. Carl was fantastic also. He was personable and also didn't pressure me. He found an option that worked and we got it done. I didn't walk in to buy a car that day. I was ready to, but had time to look other places. We visited Kelly Nissan on Saturday with our two boys (age 6 and 8) knowing that we wanted the Nissan Rogue. Ross greater us and within minutes we were test driving the Rogue. Not long after Ross was able to get us a quote that we agreed upon. It was a flawless transaction. And with two little ones in tow Ross made sure that we were taken care of as quickly as possible, without any hassles or gimmicks. My husband and I visited Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield about 12 years ago and spent over 8 hours on a Saturday buying a car from them....this experience was nothing like that, it was 100% better. Once we got in the office with Ray, he had all of our paperwork all ready and he didn't offer us anything we didn't need, after minutes everything was signed and we were done! Went in to see Mr.Simon. I was in a bad situation with my Mitsubishi due to 13000 depreciation. Mike assured me that they will help me fix this mess. Edmunds.com car appraisal for used vehicle was $17,887 (dealer price) matched with all same option, year and mileage. Car is 2010 which is realistically a couple months away from being a 5 year old vehicl (dealer price) matched with all same option, year and mileage. Car is 2010 which is realistically a couple months away from being a 5 year old vehicle, let alone it is an Altima and not a Maxima. Price at Kelly Nissan was around the same, meaning NO REAL DEAL Sales rep used devious known tactics to state that this sales price of around the same number was unheard of and that the vehicle was worth much more.... but really meaning NO REAL DEAL When asked if the price could be adjusted to make the price a REAL DEAL, the request was denied and told that the advertised price was final price. An extra $1000 off or ANYTHING off in a world where the economy is almost depleted and Japanese car companies are headed towards potential bankruptcy, it was absolutely clear that Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield is committed to taking advantage of naive customers, BUYER BEWARE! We put our trust in the hands of this dealership based on reviews by friends and now at a time when we could not be there to defend our relatives' best interest while dealing with a death in the family. Commissions and shady tactics unfortunately are relevant at this dealership. If they were able to be honest at the end, this review would have either not been published or would have been a positive one. More
