This is my second trip to Kelly Nissan; after trading my Altima for a Subaru, when it came time to trade I decided to come back to the one dealer that I had been completely satisfied with. My salesman, Mike, was friendly, helpful and thanks to his assistance, I was able to drive my Rogue home the same afternoon. I have purchased from many dealers over the years - and Kelly is the only one that never does work that isn't required and is always available for any problems that might arise with my car. I highly recommend Kelly Nissan to anyone who is looking for an honest dealership. More
My wife and I recently leased a 2014 Altima. We met Salesman Glen Davis and explained our needs, finances, & timeline. As we were discussing our options we were joined by the Sales Manager Fritz Boneventure who jumped into a rather lengthy diatribe iterating what Glen had already explained. This was more of an interuption than anything else. He asked what needed to be done to 'close the deal today' and I told him to drop the price. That wasn't going to happen and he left. My presumption at the time was that he was more interested in impressing Brian Kelly who was standing nearby then looking after our interests. I believe Glen sensed our displeasure and, knowing our requirements, asked for a few more minutes of our time. He quickly summed up our dealings so far and presented exactly what we were interested in and left it to US to decide. We loved the car and decided despite the strange interlude with Fritz to lease immediately. We then had to meet with the Finance man Ray Ferguson and he quickly went through what was required of us. In retrospect we should have been somewhat more demanding in asking for some documentation then for since that time and the time we opted to take delivery there have been some disappointments in insurance and paperwork between us, Mr Ferguson, Kim in accounting, and Reanna (sp) in Boca Raton at the 'Security+Plus Ultimate Platinum Protection Plan. Apparently Dent & Ding protection (dings and minor dents) aren't all covered if you don't know how they happened and might guess that a falling limb did one? Recently, we did bring the auto to the Service Department after making a quick call and were told to brinmg it right down. The staff there was very busy but extremely efficient, pleasent, and knowledgable. Roy Sletterink handled our issue and was able to explain what we thought was an issue was, instead, the auto acting automatically to inform us of what was going on that was actually normal and safety related. We fully appreciated his candor & good humor. I had to rate the Customer service as a three because of two outstanding jobs in Sales & Service and a few less than professional in Accounting & Insurance. It's a great Automobile...so far. I recommended the dealership because it was the closest and we liked Glen. More

He spent more than 2 hours with me, was very patient with my questions and took me on a test drive. We debated the pros and cons of each option and I ended up leasing a 2013 Rogue. I had a Honda Odyssey prior to this vehicle and was ready to both down-size and get something that is better in the snow! I am very happy with the vehicle and would definitely recommend both Kelly Nissan and Mike Sullivan. More
I am 84 years old and was not looking forward to a lot of bickering as I had no trade and was looking for the car I wanted and a pretty good price. There, we met Corey. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and made us feel right at home. Corey took the time to help us pick the vehicle that would work best for us. It's now six months later and our daughter's car needed to be replaced. This time we headed right over to Kelly Nissan and bought a used car from Corey. My bf came in 8 times to see what was wrong with his tires we figured it was the rim, every time it was something different. After the 8th time he finally told us it was the rim. Then jack proceeded to lie saying they do not fix rims there and that the warranty changed a year ago and that we need to call and they will fix it at our home or work. We called and the warranty people said what jack said was false. Seems to me your techs and managers don't know what you are doing. I do not reccomend jack or this place unless you would like to be lied to and get poor work done to your vehicle as well. More

Before heading to Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield, I was feeling anxious, nervous, overwhelmed, unprepared... you name it. Buying a new car for the first time can do that to a person! I had been to other dealerships that were less than appealing with an awful experience to boot. Upon arrival, my Uncle and I were greeted warmly by Adriano Carlo, the salesman we would be working with throughout the experience. Adriano was friendly, understanding, and informative and most importantly made me feel comfortable. He showed us a variety of vehicles and was able to test drive whatever I wanted. Adriano was able to answer any questions and concerns we had. And, he never once forced me into any offer. After some debate, I ended up purchasing a 2010 Nissan Altima SL! Adriano was a great salesman and provided professional yet personable service. I highly recommend him, and Kelly Nissan to anyone inquiring! More
