Most HORRIFIC Service EVER!!!! I loved my Altima and so sad that I will no longer own a Nissan car again. This service i have have dealt with made me get rid of Nissan all togethe I loved my Altima and so sad that I will no longer own a Nissan car again. This service i have have dealt with made me get rid of Nissan all together. The service is have had was poor, appalling, horrific, unsatisfactory, as well as unprofessional, that includes services center, repairs, and managers. . My car was in the shop every week for five weeks and still my car is not working, and was given back to me in worse condition than it was given to them 3 weeks ago. Not only did it not get fixed but I had to pay money for them to look at it again. So after $3000 later in fixing my car is not sitting in my driveway and can not be driven. I have brought my car there each week first it was the battery, then its was wires, then they replaced the head gasket but then my oil went from full to empty in 7 days due to some work done to the head gasket that they fixed but refused to admit they messed it up and charged be $106 to look at it. The service man called me and said they "half look at it as much as they could before they had to charge me.", how unprofessional is that. Well needless to say my car now needs an engine they say and has a huge cloud of white smoke coming out my tail pipe. It drives worse than it did when I gave it to them after they replace the head gasket. They are not backing up their work they did, nor did they fix my car. This has been the most horrendous service I have ever had. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. So needless to say I'm an frustrated and beyond mad they you are not backing up your services that they charged me more money each time I bring it to them when it should be guaranteed. According to NISSAN they BACK UP THEIR SERVICES.... Apparently they do not because its still broken. I understand I may be a female but I an not rich nor gullible.. I think they need to check their employees as we well as managers, because they keep this unprofessional service up they will be out of business. After speaking to a manager about this situation he was not helpful at all and said he would look into it and call me back. But guess what he never called back he had his service worker call back with no resolution for the problem. oh and they charge me more money for an issue that still is not fixed. What a nightmare !!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

My initial intention that day was to initiate the I purchased my 2013 VW Passat on Thursday July 24, 2014 from your Kelly Nissan Lynnfield dealership. My initial intention that day was to initiate the dreaded "shopping around" process to find a vehicle to purchase sometime in the upcoming three to six months. Kelly Nissan was my first stop as I was surfing the internet looking for a vehicle. I emailed Tom Crean, the internet manager who was very helpful from the minute I hit the sent button. He was such a kind man. He invited me to come in that evening and being nervous and alone he made me feel at home the minute I step foot in Kelly Nissan Lynnfield. He set me up with sales representative Josh Citron who, assisted me in my purchase. It took less than ten minutes to fall in love with the 2013 VW Passat and within a quick amount of time I was an enthusiastic new owner. He took the time and actually listened to me instead of trying to push me into something. He knew exactly what I needed. You just don't know how much of a relief that was! When I came in to by pick up the car, he took the time to show me in depth the car’s accessories. He is superior! His knowledge was abundantly helpful and informative and I know I can count on him now and in the future. Josh introduced me to Carl Tagliamonte, the finance manager who has gone above and beyond to assist me in not only get financing but change my life. He is one of the kindest, sensitive, thoughtful persons I know. He too, knew my situation and went well above the call of his duty to make sure I was taken care of it and not taken advantage of. Carl’s good customer service is commendable. From the time I arrived in his office until the finalization of the transaction he displayed an exceptional attitude of patience, understanding and respect. I have never met anyone like him. I am very grateful to both Carl, Josh and Tom for making my purchase an exceptional and effortless experience. Their combined courtesy, professionalism, and diligence warranted the writing of this praise letter. Unfortunately, good, quality customer service is few and far between in today's society and, in many areas, outright extinct. The service industry is replete with managers and employees who do not care about the customer and make sure that this fact is known. Carl, Josh and Tom definitely do not fit in that category. They have superseded my expectations and are true assets to Kelly Nissan Lynnfield. Thank you for your time. More
Overall a very good experience but just short of expectation I was looking to buy my very first car. I decided to buy NIssan Altima. I have approached few dealers and one of my final lists was Kelly Lynnfield. I I was looking to buy my very first car. I decided to buy NIssan Altima. I have approached few dealers and one of my final lists was Kelly Lynnfield. I choose them because they gave me the best price, were very responsive and gave me a clear quote. I was in touch with Ryan throughout and he was very helpful. However, towards the end Ryan and Angela were little not so courteous to me. Because I was talking lot of time to decide( my first car and I had to choose wisely), Ryan and Angela were complaining that I was not serious in buying and I was just using them to shop around, which was not true. Towards the end Ryan intially agreed to discount $100 more dollars from the final price but however flipped his word after two minutes saying the final quote was best price he could offer and I can either take it or buy somewhere else. I already decided to buy from them and I said I will take it. But the way he behaved in the end for $100 totally spoiled my entite experince I had with them. But overall I was satisfied. Josh Citron picked me up from my home and dropped me too. He quickly done my paper work and demonstrated the car features when it was handed over to me. The finance manager was little buy and took some time to process but that was OK. I recommend buying from this dealer. It was a smooth experience buying the car from them. More

Excellent service and knowledge I visited Kelly Nissan on Tuesday 6/24 looking for a new used car. Within a matter of minutes I had selected the vehicle I had been looking at online I visited Kelly Nissan on Tuesday 6/24 looking for a new used car. Within a matter of minutes I had selected the vehicle I had been looking at online and Corey was able to make the sale as fast as possible. I had gone in with pre-approved financing and Carl was able to persuade me into letting him work on getting me a better deal. My pre-approval had a high rate of 15.8% and Carl was able to find a lender to knock it down to roughly 10%. I do not have the best of credit but with his knowledge of the industry and the financial institutions he was able to get more for my money. I ended up purchasing a 2011 Chevy Cruze and had it the next day. I cannot praise them enough for taking the time to help find a better rate and to make the purchase a speedy one. I highly recommend going through this dealer for the ease of buying the the stress free environment. I would like to thank Corey and Carl and look forward to doing business with Kelly Nissan in the future! More
