Gabe was professional, personable, courteous, enthusiastic, patient, very knowledgeable of the Nissan products, and truly made the car buying process easy. I had done extensive research on 2013 Altimas, and was prior owner of a 2012 Altima, so I was focused on what I wanted to see and Gabe helped me find it quickly. He thoroughly explained all settings, switches and mechanics of the vehicle and made sure all were custom set for my comfort and safety before leaving the lot. Gabe reassured me by obtaining the vehicle's service history and satisfactorily answered my numerous questions, having never purchased a used car before. I trust Gabe. Not the deal I expected I recently leased a 2014 Murano, rolling over my 2011 Murano, which I had leased from Kelly Lynnfield. I made it clear that I did not want any balance I recently leased a 2014 Murano, rolling over my 2011 Murano, which I had leased from Kelly Lynnfield. I made it clear that I did not want any balance due on my 2011 Murano, including excise taxes owed That was confirmed. I was very disappointed to have received a bill from Nissan Acceptance, with a balance due. I would have never agreed to lease the 2014 Murano, if I knew this was the case, as I had extended my 2011 Murano lease to May 2015, I have been leasing Nissans from Kelly for over 10 years, I am very disappointed.
