Gabe was professional, personable, courteous, enthusiastic, patient, very knowledgeable of the Nissan products, and truly made the car buying process easy. I had done extensive research on 2013 Altimas, and was prior owner of a 2012 Altima, so I was focused on what I wanted to see and Gabe helped me find it quickly. He thoroughly explained all settings, switches and mechanics of the vehicle and made sure all were custom set for my comfort and safety before leaving the lot.
