Unfortunately, car salesmen have a reputation for being pushy, overbearing, sneaky, and at times downright deceitful, so you can imagine how high my guard was walking onto Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. Thankfully, Sam Pina was none of these things and made me feel at ease right away. I too work in the service industry and know how difficult it can be to make a sale while letting the customer know you're on their side and want to find the best fit and best deal for them.....Sam did just that. I will 100% recommend not only Kelly Nissan on Lynnfield but Sam Pina in particular to anyone I know looking for a car. The sincerity and "un-pushy" approach illustrated by both Sam Pina and John Celesk were much appreciated as well as the patience and helpfulness of Ray Ferguson. They all made the process so easy.
