First Lease experience After spending a lot of time researching different cars that we were interested in buying/leasing, we chose to visit Kelly Nissan. Before we went to t After spending a lot of time researching different cars that we were interested in buying/leasing, we chose to visit Kelly Nissan. Before we went to the dealership we had decided to look at the Rogue based upon several reviews. The Rogue was not even a car we had considered when we were deciding it was time to look for a new car (after 11 years). We were looking at a Toyota, Honda, or Subaru but thought a Nissan would also be comparable. We walked into the facility and were immediately welcomed with Brad Viglione close behind to also greet us and we began our interaction. It was as simple as what is your price range, what options are you looking for in the vehicle, and do you have your driver's license! They had a Rogue in the showroom and we test drove one shortly thereafter. Immediately, we were so impressed with the vehicle. The options and features were better than we had expected, especially within the price range we were looking for. The new body style is great! Never in my life have I experienced such an easy transaction when purchasing a vehicle, and leasing it this time was even less confusing, time consuming, and convoluted than I was expecting it to be! We test drove, loved it, and it was that easy. They had the model and color in stock that we wanted and the most difficult thing was just waiting for them to clean and deliver the car to us! Brad was so helpful with our questions, thoroughly went through the different features on the car that we were unfamiliar with, and was efficient in service, checking in with us after the purchase, and returning the phone call when I left a message for him. Additionally, when signing the papers and deciding on coverage, I was not pushed into spending more than I wanted and was treated with respect when I requested to remain under a specific amount. In fact, there was never a moment where I felt pushed into anything or pressured to go beyond what I was comfortable driving or paying. Women can often feel intimidated in this category, but this was not the case. Both Brad and Carl went through the coverage options and let me know the costs associated so that I was able to make a decision without a sticker shock on cost. This whole experience was a delight and I was happy to have brought our business to such a deserving dealership and sales consultant. We will certainly be Kelly Nissan customers from here on out! While driving a 2014 Murano, he remembered a pre-owned 2009 Murano with very low miles that had just come in to the dealership. It was a perfect match for me and I couldn't be happier. I would come back again to work with Mike. He is highly professional and courteous. Stephanie Killian wrote up my financial paperwork and she was great. Took several phone calls from me after the fact, to answer questions about extended warranties and was always very happy to answer my questions. More

Sam was quick to answer questions, or get the answer if he didn't know it, all while staying in constant contact. He went out of his way more than once to get things right for the customer, and didn't appear the least bit bothered - his energy was constant. Not every salesman can do that. We negotiated a fair price, and the close went well. Carl was also a pleasure to deal with, offering thorough and straight information about financing options. And like Sam, all while making the customer feel good about their purchase, welcomed, and informed. Overall, a refreshing car buying experience, quick, pleasant people, clean facility, and a fantastic car. More

My sales representative treated me with little respect while signing papers he was on the phone with a coworker talking about work drama. Then from there my sales representative after giving him a check for my down payment I was completely ignored. My sales representative ditched me to make another sale even though I wasn't done learning about my car. He was suppose to set up my Bluetooth and teach me the in and outs about my car. Instead I waited for at least 45 minutes waiting to be taken car if. Finally my sales representative asked me if I could wait for him to finalize the other deal or have someone else help. At that point I requested another sales man. The man who finally help me set up my Bluetooth and explain my car was very nice but it didn't make up for me being neglected my the guy who got commission off me. Felt as after I purchased the car I was no longer worth their time. Very upset. Also, paid extra for a remote starter that did not work. Will not recommend this dealership to anyone. Considered even canceling the deal while being ignored by the sales man. More
