Quick & Freindly Service I went to the dealership on the way to work as my tire light was indicating a low tire pressure. I drove in to the service station area with no waitin I went to the dealership on the way to work as my tire light was indicating a low tire pressure. I drove in to the service station area with no waiting, they took my car and sent me to the waiting area. Yo my suprise the waiting area was full and I expected i would be there forever. The service rep took my to the desk to discuss my car, they informed me of ab recall that they would like to correct. My thouggts were that I would be there linger, but told them to make the corrections. 30 minutes went by and I was suprised my car was done and ready to go, no bill , no fuss, and I must say everyobe was pleasant! Waiting area was comfortabe and clean. I have only used the dwakership to service my car and have never been incoonvenienced or have had a bad experiebce. More

She knew they would treat us great and we could trust them to give us the best advice on purchasing the vehicle. Not even two years have gone by and I came back to see if I could purchase or lease a brand new vehicle. After test driving both a Murano and a Rogue, we knew we wanted a Murano, In about a week, they were able to find a pre-owned Murano that met our needs and Mike made sure to quickly contact us and let us know and we were able to purchase the Murano in a very short turnaround time. We also leased a new '15 Altima at the same time and the process was fairly simple and straight forward with that as well. I would definitely recommend working with Mike @ Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield. I would also add that Tom Estabrook was very helpful, as we were referred to him by a co-worker of mine who also had a positive experience @ Kelly Nissan. Stephanie Killian in the finance dept was also very nice and made the paperwork process after the sale easy and quick. More

The best part was that the person helping me made me feel more at ease than previous car salesmen I had experienced during my time shopping prices and deals.
