Great experience! I am really bad at taking care of my car - I always let problems go until the last minute & I don't know anything about cars! So not surprising when I am really bad at taking care of my car - I always let problems go until the last minute & I don't know anything about cars! So not surprising when my car had two major issues & also needed new tires. I had a few people tell me I could get tires cheaper somewhere else but Ordalie was my service rep & honestly she is the only reason I kept it there. She made everything so easy, explained the problems to me in a way I understood, and kept me informed/updated without being pushy. She also did everything she could to find parts covered under warranty! I will come back here for all my future car problems! More

Great to Bad Went in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. The gentleman at the Express Line was great to deal with. They did their over all inspection Went in for an oil change and to have my brakes checked. The gentleman at the Express Line was great to deal with. They did their over all inspection and had some recommendations. They said I needed a tire rotation and I mentioned I would have it done somewhere else closer to home. Tech game back after a few minutes with my bill and the tire rotation was on it. I reminded him of our conversation and he took it off. Susan DiStefano who helped me as I paid was great and signed me up for a rewards program and I saved $10! Thank you! Went straight from Nissan to work and didn't leave until 5pm. Started driving and my tire pressure light went on. Woke up this morning with a flat. Drove it to my local Tire and repair company in Wilmington and he informed me that my issue was to do with the nossil which wasn't tightened properly, I found that interesting since Nissan had to waive the fee. I cant prove it was connected but according to the company who fixed it thought it was suspicious More
