3rd time bringing my car still nothing has been fixed This was the 3rd time i brought my car to have the radio fixed ( not working properly since i bought the car 15 months ago) the last time i was there This was the 3rd time i brought my car to have the radio fixed ( not working properly since i bought the car 15 months ago) the last time i was there they pulled part of the molding off of my car and pressed it back on. i was going down the highway and it was just flapping around. contacted them they said they would order the part. 9 months later they ordered the wrong part. still no radio and the back driver side molding still not there. hopefully they make things write. They also completed the repairs in time for me to make a 2 pm appointment. Impressive, because I hadn't made an appoitnment yet the team was able to accomodiate me. Kelly Nissan of Lynnfield was the complete opposite. They were respectful and kind from the moment I walked in the door. They made sure to keep me updated as I waited for my car. Everything was also done in a very timely manner. You walk in and the people actually seem to care about you so they take the time to make sure you are happy. I would definitely recommend them and will bring my car back. More

I have never had a bad experience and would happily recommend the service center to friends. I often get a different employee to work with, this time it was Jack who was great. When I check in it is usually with Susan who is amazingly efficient while juggling phone calls and processing payments. I want to give a shout out to her for enrolling me in the rewards program this time and helping to save me some money. And, I don't want to forget to mention Chuck who has driven me home and picked me up on occasion...a really nice man. More
