I dealt with Brad V and from my first interaction with him he was pleasant, professional and informative. He was very patient with me as I navigated my way through choosing my Nissan Rogue. Brad did not represent what some people say is stereotypical of some car salesman (I mean no disrespect to anyone in the business by mentioning this). He didn't pressure me nor did I feel like he was just telling me what I wanted to hear in hopes of making a sale. He seemed honest and upfront and answered my many questions with much patience.
