Overall very good sales team Bought a new car which was supposed to be in 4 different days then extended to 2 more weeks. No one had an answer as to when I would get it. Horrible experience I took my car to get one rin and a tire fix, and the company that was working on my car hit one of the doors and then they tried to fix it withou my c I took my car to get one rin and a tire fix, and the company that was working on my car hit one of the doors and then they tried to fix it withou my consent. The door didn't look good so they call me and told about the accident after they tried to fix it . when I get there the people at the service center told me that they wouldn't take any responsibility for the damage , and that the company that was working on the car had to pay for the damages. The car was in the dealer lot and in their possession , it wasn't in my possession for me to deal with the company that works for them. They are so unprofessionals. More

Oil change and other services Jack Tutty was great per usual. However my service tech did not clean the smear marks on the passenger window which was stated that he completed. And the custom wash was not performed because it was no longer a "new car" definitely the worst service I had done on my car. Jack, keep up the good work. More
