It was time to get a new vehicle and since my old one was a Nissan, I decided to look into Nissan's first but I was also looking at other brands and I had a very strict budget. I came to Kelly Nissan first because through email, Shamira was so willing to help me and convinced me to come in. Once there, we met with Brett who was really great. I explained my budget and he got me exactly where I needed to be without trying to steer me in the wrong direction. When we made the decision to lease, we met with Ray and he explained our options, he told us what he thought would be beneficial for us without seeming like he was just trying to up sell us. We went ahead with his recommendations. All in all, great experience with Kelly Nissan Lynnfield and I am happy to say, I think I will be a lifelong Nissan customer now. More
