I had a great experience and my salesman Rich Vasvari was wonderful! He helped get me into the car that I wanted and made my experience very positive. I had to leave & come back after we completed the pape wonderful! He helped get me into the car that I wanted and made my experience very positive. I had to leave & come back after we completed the paperwork because I needed to pick up my kids and when I came back Rich, had left the keys on the seat, the important completed papers in the glovebox, and he even put the license plate on for me! He was great!!! In fact I did recommend Rich to my mom after I bought my car. She did come in to Kelly Mitsubishi about a week after me and buy a car herself. Unfortunately, when she went in she had a VERY bad experience with a different salesman. He treated her disrespectfuly and was very rude to her during most of her transaction. Two days after the sale, he called her to tell her that the terms of her contract had changed. He had her actually take off early from work a few days later to sign new paperwork at a higher interest rate than they had previously agreed on. I am not even sure that is legal! It's a shame that he took advantage of her and I wish that there was something I could have done to help her, but I unfortunately was not with her at the time of her sale. She is extremely unhappy and even though I had a wonderful experience with Rich, I am not sure I will EVER recommend Kelly to anyone again. I was responsible for sending her there and it was quite embarrassing that she had such an aweful experience! More

Had a good experience trading up to a 2006 gmc truck at kelly. Oscar in sales was quick in getting me into new vehicle and out of my 170k mile trade. Sandy in finance was exceptional in not only getting loan approved but taking time to get more attractive financing three days after I agreed to first loan which offered me a much better rate and then able to incorporate a powertrain warranty.
