You can buy a car anywhere today, my family and I have bought 7 cars from Kelly Jeep! The reason is SERVICE, from top management to the yard person in the service department. Was recommended to replace sparkplugs for $822 on my Jeep Grand Cherokee even though I had done it myself two days earlier and letting them now when dropping the car off. This was our first service visit with our 2021 Jeep Compass. The Service Advisor after reviewing our requests let us know it would take about 90 minutes to complete the work. The Service Department is Compass. The Service Advisor after reviewing our requests let us know it would take about 90 minutes to complete the work. The Service Department is impressive, very clean and organized. The waiting Room comfortable and well spaced. Sure enough in under 90 minutes our Jeep was ready and actually cleaner than we brought it in. I like the fact that our time was important. More
