Worst Service Dept!! If I could give 0 stars to the service department at this dealer I would! After having my Wrangler for 2 days to fix a broken door lock I picked up m If I could give 0 stars to the service department at this dealer I would! After having my Wrangler for 2 days to fix a broken door lock I picked up my vehicle to just have the lock cylinder fly out on the highway! Silly me gave them a second shot to now completely replace the door lock cylinder. After having my car for several hours I returned to pick up my car and THEY HAD LOST THE KEYS!!!! The manager approached me and after I explained to him what was going on he simply walked away and I never saw him again. They finally returned my car the following day and gave me only one copy of the key. As if two copies would break the bank!! I will never return to this dealership and I would never recommend anyone to go here. They are by far the worst!!! More

That was easy! My local garage told me my oil pan was leaking and I was so worried how everything would go as it was just a few months after purchasing my car but it My local garage told me my oil pan was leaking and I was so worried how everything would go as it was just a few months after purchasing my car but it was so easy, fixed in one day and for free. Artis was very friendly and I will request him again. Only con was that some other staff seemed to be having personal conversations in front of customers that made it seem like there was a lot of tension between staff--very awkward to be standing there. Just an oil change, but quick service Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the serv Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay, they parked it right in front of where I would exit. Nice. HOWEVER. There were two vehicles parked in front of me that were not going anywhere for a while, and two more vehicles parked in the adjacent lane. So, I was blocked. I brought it to their attention before I left, but nobody came out to move any of those vehicles. I waited about 10 minutes, and then did a 65 point turn to exit. A little frustrating - I wish they were more attentive to the way other customers park when they come into the dealership. More

I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks in advance. My loaner car was not ready when I arrived & I had to wait about 20 minutes at least. When I asked how much longer, I was told they were busy, which I understand that, but I booked 2 weeks prior. It seemed They were trying to talk me out of the rental, but I had a doctor's appointment I needed to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed. More
