my new car died 2014 jeep that I only owed for 15 months and had 12,995 miles on it just died. No warning .... I was just lucky it happened in my driver. I called the next morning and was given a number to call for a tow truck. Veh was brought up to Kelly Jeep. About and hour later Artis called asked me a few questions and said he would give me a call the next day. He called around the time he said he would. The veh wont be looked at until the following week. Artis asked if i needed a veh to get around told him yes it was the weekend and I had plans....He was able to located on for me. Again said he would call on Monday with an update. Which he did once again. Called Tuesday afternoon and said veh was all set and ready to go. Artis was very pleasant and helpfully.... More

Recall/Routine I brought my 2015 leased vehicle in for a recall item and also for a first oil change and tire rotation. It was a very crowded morning in the service I brought my 2015 leased vehicle in for a recall item and also for a first oil change and tire rotation. wrangler has paint defects my brand new 40,000 dollar jeep wrangler has defects that apparently they all have. the paint on the front fenders (over the wheels) does not adhere my brand new 40,000 dollar jeep wrangler has defects that apparently they all have. the paint on the front fenders (over the wheels) does not adhere correct where the fender comes to a point, so as a result, there is a crack in the paint on both fenders. Chrysler approved having them repainted however the technician said they all look like this and repainting wont fix the problem. They chose not to repaint because it may come out worse, which i do agree with-but now i have to take my chance that my front fenders aren't going to chip and peel. More

The service was great. I had to bring my car in to get the sunroof worked on where it was making a rattling noise. The Service Rep was helpful and great.
