This dealer changed the fluid in my differentials last August. In January I noticed a noise. The dealer had a month long schedule so I took it to my mechanic. He said the noise is coming from the rear di August. In January I noticed a noise. The dealer had a month long schedule so I took it to my mechanic. He said the noise is coming from the rear differential and the fluid was black and appears to be too thin for a differential. He noticed on Carfax that it had been serviced last August and I should take it back there. The Dealer told me it’s not their problem and they could not have used the wrong fluid. He also stated both differentials use the same oil which is incorrect. The vehicle does have 130,000 miles on a 2018 Jeep Wrangler JL, 9,000 since the August service. I’ve driven cars hundreds of thousands of miles and never had a differential issue. In addition the dealer recommended a rear breaks service and wanted to charge me full price. My mechanic told me to service the differential the rotors need to come off so the brake service is only incremental to the whole job and definitely no way to justify charging $1300 on top of the $3000 differential service. I’m very disappointed with this dealers lack of accountability as I believe they did use the wrong fluid which caused the rear to fail. The dealer s Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield MA. More
Had a routine oil change on 2/24/24 Sunday the next day there was a big amount of oil under the engine. We bring the car back to see what went wrong. This dealer never recognized on any wrong doing. They sent my wife home on a Uber and said they will call her when the car is completed. Also they added that this should be only a few hour. The dealership never call us back on that Monday and they kept the car without calling and with NO communication that they had to keep the car.. This dealership has no care in the world on their customers life and how important this cars are to us. A simple phone call and better planning would be nice to the customer. My wife missed 2 days of work and my daughter missed also 2 days of school. The problem here is that the dealership had yet to accept that they didn’t something wrong while doing a routine oil change on Saturday or any apologies…. Be aware out there. STAY AWAY!!!! More

I was treated so poorly at the Service Center with Reis. I told him I would provide feedback as I was mistreated and can only imagine how immigrants and people who don’t speak English are treated. I had a really bad experience. I made an appointment for an oil change and was offered an inspection sticker and said yes. I was told it would be an hour and 45mins and I was fine with the time frame. I waited 2 and a half hours and they never even did my inspection sticker. So I waited that long just for an oil change. I have never waited for my car to be serviced that long and I always did the express lane. I made this appointment because I had a time frame to work with and had other things I needed to do that day on a time frame. What’s the point of making an appointment if I’m going to wait longer than I would if I just drove in? And I didn’t even get serviced what I was told they were going to service. I was almost late picking my son up from school because I waited so long for something that could’ve been done in 30-45mins. I never had this experience going to the express lane. If you have an appointment, your car should be serviced at the time you make the appointment. Thank you. More
