poor service department Not knowledgeable about the chrysler vehicle they sell.Wanted to charge over $ 200.00 to tell me they didn't know how to open hood with a broken relea Not knowledgeable about the chrysler vehicle they sell.Wanted to charge over $ 200.00 to tell me they didn't know how to open hood with a broken release cable on a 2001 sebring. Had a problem on my girl friends 2013 chrysler 200 with rust under paint on hood. After dealing with Chrysler care they authorized $ 1700.00 to replace and paint a new hood. After receiving the vehicle back from Kelly Chrysler I checked under the hood insulator pad for the mark that I put under it which was there, thats why I know the hood wasn't replaced but repaired. Because of this experience with your deceptive work I will not purchase or look for service at your dealerships. You have lost me and two other customers that have purchased vehicles from you because of your business practice More

Service/ front desk I booked an appointment 7 days prior. Dropped my vehicle at 7:45am for a part recall. They asked me if I needed a ride ( I said no) was going jogging. I booked an appointment 7 days prior. Dropped my vehicle at 7:45am for a part recall. They asked me if I needed a ride ( I said no) was going jogging. I received a call at around 4 hours later suggesting some type of flushing etc. I agreed. Service person said he was going to call me as soon as it was ready. 2 or 3 hours later I was in the area , I called and the lady that answered the phone told me the my service person was out on lunch and I had to call back ??? I asked can you checked to see if my vehicle is ready??? Laziness!!! She checked and my car was actually ready and never received a call. I’m more upset with the lady that couldn’t check to see if my car was ready. The only thing she had to do was check computer or turned her chair and walk 5 steps and ask service. I call that Laziness!!! I never , ever give reviews because I feel bad but I had to this time. I had a few at this location More

I wasn’t really thinking about trading my current jeep, but I did find another jeep that I really liked ( certified pre-owned)...the numbers just didn’t work for me at this time. I’m not at all interested in leasing, so it’s a little disappointing to me to have that option constantly pushed on me. The saleswoman that we were working with (Lizzy Lam) was great and did her best to find something that would work for me, hopefully I’ll be back to see her soon! More
Oil change and software update I was told I would be waiting 45 minutes. It took 1 hour and 40 minutes for an oil change and a software update.
