Overall good experience got my car fixed right the first time the Service advisor was great the mechanic was awesome. However the appointment coordinator not so much. I booked an appointment two weeks prio time the Service advisor was great the mechanic was awesome. However the appointment coordinator not so much. I booked an appointment two weeks prior and he somehow didn’t put it on the schedule. So when I got there they told me I had no appointment. So I was forced to make another one and wait another two weeks. More

Wrong diagnose after two hours I was charged with two diagnostics and provided completed wrong diagnostics. They said the ABS sensor picking up bad tone wheel - the sensor cable was I was charged with two diagnostics and provided completed wrong diagnostics. They said the ABS sensor picking up bad tone wheel - the sensor cable was broken. They said the real axel seals were broken and leaking - only thing leaking was a brake caliper seal. How can these guys get sooo wrong? More
