Was charged $180 for a check engine light diagnostic but didn’t get one. Complained and was told that they have to pay their technician eve though I didn’t get a diagnostic of check engine light. My Jeep has only been serviced one time since I bought it new and it was serviced at Kelly. So I took it in for a state inspection sticker thinking how easy. After waiting 1hour and 30 minutes My new jeep di new and it was serviced at Kelly. So I took it in for a state inspection sticker thinking how easy. After waiting 1hour and 30 minutes My new jeep did not pass. But no one told me. I went out to see a big Red R sticker. I had to go in and ask why. No real help and they can’t look into fixing issue until August 28. More
