My Jeep has only been serviced one time since I bought it new and it was serviced at Kelly. So I took it in for a state inspection sticker thinking how easy. After waiting 1hour and 30 minutes My new jeep di new and it was serviced at Kelly. So I took it in for a state inspection sticker thinking how easy. After waiting 1hour and 30 minutes My new jeep did not pass. But no one told me. I went out to see a big Red R sticker. I had to go in and ask why. No real help and they can’t look into fixing issue until August 28. More

First visit great for 50k overhaul on wrangler. Tires rotated. I noticed one tire psi21. Brought back the next day and told in service I would have to wait 2-3 hrs to have air put in tire bc they h Tires rotated. I noticed one tire psi21. He didn’t even have to move my car! Filled the tire and was on my way in 10 minutes Thank you Cleiton! I find the women at front desk unfriendly at times too. They were difficult to get a manager about lodging my complaint about tire. I can’t thank Cleiton enough for his courtesy and understanding at my frustration and anger at situation and willingness to help. Only other problem I’ve had with dealership is it took 2 weeks to get a new fender replacement. They had to “order it”. Don’t understand how a dealer wouldn’t have it in stock. Could have been more but never explained to me. More

I was shopping for a grand Cherokee for my son. I dealt with Kelley one of the Managers there. We discussed a vehicle on the phone and agreed to a price.
