Reise in particular is the most amazing human being as well as taking care my vehicle. Today, was an extraordinary day, not only servicing my Jeep, as they always do, but also myself. Terrible service: brought vehicle in a 9:00 am for recall and state inspection sticker. I was told by Joe that it would take 3 hours, received call at 1:30 from him and was told about all the issues with m and state inspection sticker. I was told by Joe that it would take 3 hours, received call at 1:30 from him and was told about all the issues with my vehicle. I then asked if they had finished the “recall” and was told they were in process of wrapping it up within the next 30 minutes. Told Joe that I would pick up the vehicle at 3:00 P.M. at which time I arrived. Was told that it would be another 30 minutes, so I waited. Car was not completed until after 4:00 P.M. (7 hours later) State inspection sticker was never performed. Kelly’s major concern was to find as many things wrong with the vehicle for additional service fees vs repairing the recall. Kelly Jeep is a dealership that I would never recommend to anyone. Let alone purchase a vehicle there. More

Don't buy from this dealer. I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee from Rey Martinez. I went to pick up the car and there was trouble starting it. I reached out to rey the next day t I bought a Grand Jeep Cherokee from Rey Martinez. I went to pick up the car and there was trouble starting it. I reached out to rey the next day to tell him about it and to arrange for it to be looked at and I never heard from him again. I then called Rey to talk about it again. He lied and said he was working with a customer and would call me back to arrange service to take the car in. I never heard back. Seems to be that Rey is not interested in helping a customer because he already made his money off of my sale. I am so disappointed in Kelly Jeep and would not recommend buying from a dealer that sells cars that are not fully functioning More
