The reason I gave 2 stars and not 1 is because Scott, the man who sold me the car is a great guy and did everything he could to help me. My jeep has been having alot of issues. My biggest concern is something suspension related that is throwing off my treadwear. I had to replace 4 tires at only 19,000 miles at my go to tire place. I brought it in to Kelly Jeep for a full suspension check and was told they took apart my steering column and everything was normal except I needed an alignment and was asked if I wanted one. I said no because I just got one somewhere else just 2 weeks ago and I will bring it back there. I requested a printout of the alignment paperwork. Gave that to the other place and was told it's a good thing I didn't get it re aligned there because they never told me an alignment cannot fix a rear camber issue. I need a complete camber kit. This is what is throwing off the tires. Went back to Kelly Jeep and spoke with the service manager I think Steve was his name and he said that is true, but it wasn't off so bad that the tires would be thrown off. Then he, who was a complete jerk about it goes on to say that my new tires don't even belong on my Jeep Renegade. They belong on a Wrangler. He certainly wasn't acting like a manager should. And ever since they took apart my steering wheel my buttons that illuminate are flashing on and off when I turn it. They said a bolt was loose and should be fine now because they just tightened it. And it's not. I really wish they could have taken responsibility and made things right. I've boughten 3 Jeeps from them and my parents have as well. I've spent alot of money there. I won't be going back. More

Kelly Jeep were a professional outfit from beginning to end. From my first contact with GM Andy Turransky, through the Sales process with Yamen Dallaji, and the closing with Aaron Santana, we were treated end. Yamen was especially helpful to us. He took the initiative to drive to our home during the work day to pick up our bank check to make sure the vehicle would be ready for us that same night. I think everyone can agree that car shopping isn’t anyone’s favorite but of all of the dealerships I went to while trying to decide my next car, my experience at Kelly Jeep was hands down the best. Ya anyone’s favorite but of all of the dealerships I went to while trying to decide my next car, my experience at Kelly Jeep was hands down the best. Yamen made the process approachable and showed the best of what Jeep had to offer without making me feel like I was being sold. He was patient and informative and incredibly kind. And any friends that tell me they’re in the market for a Jeep will be sent his way. As for the dealership itself, pretty pristine. Spacious and clean and I’d even dare say “glamorous”...but again...without being pretentious. I picked up my car in the middle of a snowstorm and it was cleaned off, pre-heated, and pre-set to my preferences. I hate buying cars. And I don’t really enjoy working with salesmen. It’s easy to feel pressured. But this was by far the best experience I’ve had and is a big reason I made the decision I did. Kudos to the entire team. And thanks for my new car :) More
