Being a Kelly VW customer for the past 7 years and receiving excellent service from the VW dealership, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received at Kelly Jeep. The first time I receiving excellent service from the VW dealership, I was extremely disappointed with the lack of service I received at Kelly Jeep. The first time I went, on a Monday afternoon, I walked through the showroom and not one person came over to greet or assist me so I left. Yesterday (a Tuesday) I went in again and walked over to two team members speaking to each other. While both watched me walking towards them it was Pholy who greeted me to assist with my inquiry. I stated I was interested in purchasing the new Jeep Sahara 4xe but did not want to pay above sticker price. He stated the jeep is 2K over sticker and did not state there was any wiggle room. As I got up to leave he handed me his card saying I could check in at a later date to see if anything had changed as far as pricing goes. Really? Why don't you take my number and call me when the prices come down since you work at the dealership. This experience along with the lack of even a greeting on my first visit to Kelly Jeep led me to contact another Jeep dealership who is willing to sell the car at sticker price. Such a shame a dealership as large as Kelly can't (won't) take care of returning customers. More

I brought my Cherokee in for some service and I think the service advisor might have a mortgage payment or some other outrageous expense due soon because she tried to up sell me to the tune of around $2000 , service advisor might have a mortgage payment or some other outrageous expense due soon because she tried to up sell me to the tune of around $2000 , $560 for a purge valve that I can buy for $20. , $1200 for a driveshaft that I can get for around $480 , $170 for diagnostics , $50 for a gas cap I can get for $12 and $30 for a tire rotation that they didn’t even do. This is our 5th car we bought from the Kelly’s and they want to shove those prices up my xxx , not happening , we’ll never set foot in any of their dealerships again. More

I was waiting for the new Jeep Wagoneer to be released and he kept me apprised for almost a year, answering my million questions and understanding my needs. I also liked that if he didn’t know the answer to something (which was rare!) he would get right back to me and not xxxxxxxx me like most sales guys would do. I appreciated the entire time with him and the sales manager, Tim. I look forward to working with them again and will highly recommend. More
