I had an appointment for an oil change. I asked to get a sticker also. The estimated time was 1 hour. I waited just over 2 hours. May have been longer if I had not asked about the status. Customer service members at Kelly Chrysler Jeep at Lynnfield, Lynn are ineffective, rude and clueless. A simple oil change would take you at least 3 hours of your precious time. There is no shame in their justifications over pettiness. Some of the customer service personal members are incapable of telling the truth. Make no mistake, for I still love my Jeep and those suckers will not be able to deter me from purchasing and driving the vehicle 🚗 of my choice. I hope you can handle the truth. More
