I bought my car from this location years ago and it was always my one and only place to take my car for any service or repair. However after leaving many positive reviews after my previous visits, the last always my one and only place to take my car for any service or repair. However after leaving many positive reviews after my previous visits, the last 2 times I was absolutely disappointed to the point that now I am thinking how many times I was charged for no good reason!! here is why: My left brake was making squeaking noise, so I had the team to fix it. I was told I need to replace Caliper disk brake and some other pieces which ended up costing me over $700. Took the car back home and the issue wasn't fixed! So back again, this time I was told they have replaced the right side!! (why? not sure when issue was on left side), so they told me they will need to do the same on left side to make the issue goes away. After spending around $600 on top if that $700, I was once again left with a car that was not fixed!! I called them and made an app again for when I am back from my trip, when couple days prior to the appointment they called me to say they don't have enough staff and wanted to reschedule my appointment, after fighting back and insisting to keep my appointment, they finally gave me an appointment. But at that point something hit me hard, why would I have to fight for my app to begin with on the issue that they never fixed yet charged me over 1K!!!! so I canceled my app and decided to go to another shop. Took a copy of my repairs at this dealership and when I showed them to the new shop, they laughed at me!! I guess what happened to me was common in dealership. Basically getting charged for something that was not needed to change so I had to go back and spend more money on the small issue which could only be solved with changing a brake pad. I recommend to everyone to shop around before letting them to fix what was not even broken and save your time and money!! I would not go back to this location for sure. More

I bought a. Certified Presale 2016 Audi from Kelly Jeep Lynnfield in Sept 2021. Within a week of my purchase there was an issue with my coolant system and water Certified Presale 2016 Audi from Kelly Jeep Lynnfield in Sept 2021. Within a week of my purchase there was an issue with my coolant system and water pump. I brought the car back and was told there was nothing wrong with it. 2 weeks later, I had to bring it back and low and behold there was a leak in the water pump. Kelly jeep outsourced the labor to Audi of Peabody and my car spent about 3 weeks at the body shop. The service manager at Kelly Jeep at the time Kolby was one of the rudest people I have ever experienced. Refused to give me a rental and asked for my credit card for the rental. Didn’t even run the card, just took my credit card, looked at it and said “good I just wanted to make sure we had a way to charge you for damages if there are any. Make sure you don’t smoke in the car.” And that was pretty much it. My car got repaired three weeks later and I thought I was done. A week ago, Tuesday August 30th, my coolant system failed while I was on the highway and I immediately called Kelley Jeep. I have put less than 7500 miles on the car in the year I have had it. I spent 45 minutes on hold waiting for the service manager , Jonathan, and a receptionist told me there was no possible way I waited 45 minutes to speak to him. When I finally got Jonathan on the phone, he basically told me there was nothing I could do but call Audi of Peabody because they did the work. After going back and forth for a few minutes, He called and made a service appointment for me, despite him insisting I do it myself because he didn’t have anything to do with my car. After he set up the appointment I received a voicemail from Jonathan that basically just said stop the car off and that’s it. I called back to request information and to know if the damages would be covered under the warranty of the 2021 repair, and I was told absolutely not they wouldn’t pay for anything and would no longer help me and the work was warrantied under Audi not them. Kelly Jeep paid for the work to be done, and the car was purchased and repaired less than a year ago. The Kelly Jeep Moto “we make is easy” and they make nothing easy. I highly recommend anywhere besides this dealership. They do nothing to help their customers and don’t stand behind their sales. More

I had to work a bunch in the upcoming days, so he even delivered the Jeep to my work! Five star service. This is my fifth vehicle I've purchased from Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield, and my third vehicle I've purchased from Scott. Thank you again! More
