We were greeted by Christian Francois. She was very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found Kelly Jeep/Chrysler on the internet. I had received an email quo friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found Kelly Jeep/Chrysler on the internet. I had received an email quote from Josh Rouleau. I thought it was too good to be true. We had contacted Jeep dealers in our area and we were not able to get a price that we could afford. We received no pressure from Christian, she wanted us to be happy with our purchase. She was quick to get us out for a test drive. That was all it took, we were very happy with the Jeep. The dealership was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. They were fully staffed. Christian apologized for the delay in negotiating the final price. She was able to get the payment to where we needed it to be. The next thing we knew, we were in the finance office signing our loan note. I have never before purchased a car and signed a loan note on the same day. To say the least I was extremely impressed. We left with big HUGS from Christian. The next day I was able to pick up the new Jeep, while my husband headed to work. This was possible ,because all the paperwork had been completed the day before. This week I purchased a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Laredo at Kelly Jeep in Lynnfield, MA. Paul Panzini and Corey Nance were the Sales Manager and Salesman that helped me. They showed me every Jeep make and model that I was interested in. They answered all of my questions and showed me every option that was available on the various models. Their knowledge of the Jeep products was very impressive. I test drove a couple of Grand Cherokees, and I selected a 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee 70th Anniversary Edition. I was sold on the 5.7L HEMI V8, and the 20" wheels. Now that I knew which Jeep I wanted it was time to talk price. I was offered a great price on the vehicle by Paul. I traded in a 2009 Honda Accord and the trade-in price that I received was more than I was offered by other dealerships. The current Jeep offer was $1,000 cash back or a 1.9% financing rate. I selected the $1,000 cash back and Tom MacDonald, Business Manager, was still able to get me a 1.9% interest rate at a local bank. I could not have been more satisfied with the price that I paid for the Jeep, and the interest rate that I received on my loan. When I picked up my truck the next day, Corey once again showed me how everything worked. The four wheel drive, satellite radio, remote starter and navigation system were all simple to operate. Corey also set up my cell phone to Uconnect for hands-free operation with voice command. My overall experience at Kelly Jeep was awesome. The service that I received from Paul, Corey and Tom was first class. This is the sixth new car that I have purchased in my life, and this experience was without a doubt the finest. I have already recommended Kelly Jeep to my family, friends and co-workers. I also plan on purchasing my wife's next SUV at Kelly Jeep. More

This was by far the best car purchase experience I have had in years. This was my first time buying a vehicle out of state and I was hesitant but the people at Kelly Jeep were amazing. I received a great price via email and telepehone and was able to secure financing, work through paperwork and deliverables via email and fax. The entire process took about 2 weeks but that was because I had to book my flight up to Boston to get the car and drive it back to NY. The people were extremely friendly, accomodating, and truly wanted to help me with the purchase. This is a stark contrast to the dealer experience I had on Long Island with a few different Jeep dealers. I would recommend Kelly Jeep as a top notch dealer and have already told my family and friends it was totally worth the time to buy my car in Massachussetts for one reason- the people. More
