When my wife and I visited Kelly Jeep Chrysler, we had the pleasure of meeting Janet Gadsby. She was very professional, personable, and non-pressuring. I sat down with Janet and talked about a 2012 Jeep Liberty Jet Edition. The sales manager is a gentleman and a genuine guy. I was please with the numbers and we proceeded with the deal. During the process, I also had the pleasure of meeting Brian Kelly. We spoke briefly and I told Mr. Kelly that I had purchased a Harley from his dealership in Billerica. This purchase experience was an unexpected pleasure. If you are in the market for a Jeep or Chrysler, go see Kelly Jeep Chrysler. We were greeted by Christian Francois. She was very friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found Kelly Jeep/Chrysler on the internet. I had received an email quo friendly and welcoming. We were looking for a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. I found Kelly Jeep/Chrysler on the internet. I had received an email quote from Josh Rouleau. I thought it was too good to be true. We had contacted Jeep dealers in our area and we were not able to get a price that we could afford. We received no pressure from Christian, she wanted us to be happy with our purchase. She was quick to get us out for a test drive. That was all it took, we were very happy with the Jeep. The dealership was very busy for a Sunday afternoon. They were fully staffed. Christian apologized for the delay in negotiating the final price. She was able to get the payment to where we needed it to be. The next thing we knew, we were in the finance office signing our loan note. I have never before purchased a car and signed a loan note on the same day. To say the least I was extremely impressed. We left with big HUGS from Christian. The next day I was able to pick up the new Jeep, while my husband headed to work. This was possible ,because all the paperwork had been completed the day before. Whenever I have brought my car in to be serviced I have found them to be professional and honest. They do what they say they will do and at the price quoted.
