Of all the sales-people with whom I'd dealt over the past 3 weeks, Jim Newbegin was the lowest-pressure in his approach. I felt like he was letting me ask the questions I wanted to ask, not selling me a car. In short, I trusted him far more than I have trusted any other car seller. I felt like Jim wanted me to make the right car buying choice more than he wanted to sell me a car. The manager (Fahad) worked with me on my trade-in in a very fair way and was professional (zero sleeze factor). In over 25 years of car buying experiences, this was by far the easiest and best. I went to Kelly after dealing with 4 other different dealerships, trying to get out of my lease. Every one of the other dealerships said there was nothing they could do for me without raising my payment dealerships, trying to get out of my lease. After dealing with Kelly, they got me in the car I wanted for a great price with no haggling and no nonsense. Lacey was the best sales associate I've dealt with and was extremely honest, helpful, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. Tom made my financing situation painless! Christian was very easy to work with. The finance department was also very easy to get a good deal on financing the used Jeep I found on the lot. I lost my previous Jeep due to a flood and had to fin department was also very easy to get a good deal on financing the used Jeep I found on the lot. I was able to walk in on a Saturday morning and within a few hours find a quality used Jeep for a decent amount and finance it for a good rate. Kelly jeep was one of the furthest dealerships from my house, yet I chose to buy my new Wrangler Unlimited there for that one reason, trust. The sales and finance teams made the process of purchasing and picking up my jeep seamless. I am not on dealrater to give a "shout out" to that team though, I am here in hopes that people at the beginning of the car buying process will find this review helpful and maybe save you some time in your search. I got a very competitive price, financing ease, and met some great people. I HIGHLY recommend Kelly Jeep, and yes, I will be back. More

This is my 2nd service visit & everyone is so kind. They have quite an organized way of checking you in for your service. Bill is such a great service Manager. He always makes me laugh. The only sad thing is that my salesperson is no longer working there. She was a smiling face and got me a terrific deal on my Compass. My oil change took less than 1 hour and I was able to make the appointment online. Thank you Kelly Jeep for making this a pleasant experience! More
