I felt like he was letting me ask the questions I wanted to ask, not selling me a car. In short, I trusted him far more than I have trusted any other car seller. I felt like Jim wanted me to make the right car buying choice more than he wanted to sell me a car. The manager (Fahad) worked with me on my trade-in in a very fair way and was professional (zero sleeze factor). In over 25 years of car buying experiences, this was by far the easiest and best.
