I am a loyal jeep customer who had a wonderful experience at kelly jeep in Lynnfield. Nine years ago i bought my jeep liberty and i fell in love with the jeep brand. So when the time came for me to get a new jeep i knew i had to go back to this dealer. Janet was amazing to work with. I told her what i wanted and how much i could spend. When my initial plan didnt work out because i couldnt afford the payments, Janet didnt stop there. She explained to me about leasing and found me the perfect jeep to fit my needs at this time. Without her going that extra mile i probably would have had to leave the dealership and find something more affordable elsewhere. Its refreshing to not have a salesperson trying to sell you something that you can not afford. She listened and i appreciated that. I leased my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee over the phone, after doing all of my research on the internet, as well as other dealers that were closer to my home, on the South Shore. I called Kelly Jeep and asked for a Sales Manager and I was lucky to get Jerry Loyack. What a professional!! He answered all of my questions and he was able to provide hard numbers to me, right over the phone. Jerry was great. He took his time with me and was very patient with all of my questions. I decided to lease my new vehicle right over the phone. I went up to sign the paperwork and I met with Scott Lassiter, since Jerry had already left for the day and Scott had all of my paperwork ready and all I needed to do was sign. The following day, I picked up my new Jeep and it was all ready for me. It looked great. Scott walked through the amenities of the Jeep and he even set up my Iphone with the U Connect. I chose Kelly Jeep for three reasons. 1)location 2) reputable name and in the end 3) dealing with Dave w lot of new cars and dealerships to look at.
