Worst experience ever! I took my car there in October, was told they need to order a part. I called in November to see if the part arrived and was told the part will arr I took my car there in October, was told they need to order a part. I called in November to see if the part arrived and was told the part will arrive on December 14. Xmas came by no part and not a phone call. I called “seven” times adter that and left several messages and not a call back. I was then told by their front desk that now the part will arrive in February. I asked to speak with manager, was told he would have to call me back. Again no phone call. I drive up there hoping to speak with someone and was told by the service man I spoke with when I took my vehicle in who said the computer is down and would have a manager call me….still waiting More

don't buy the cars from them I just bought a luxury jeep grand wagoneer when I went to pickup there was a dent on the hood. GM and sales person. told me they will take care of it. and assured I ca jeep grand wagoneer when I went to pickup there was a dent on the hood.
