When it became apparaent that the resolution would take significant time (no fault of Kelly), Brian Kelly voluntarily got involved and made us a very good deal on a brand new Grand Cherokee. Mr. Kelly understood how inconvenienced were were going to be and insisted he make things right. We had gone there based on recommendations from friends and were glad we did. Everyone we dealt with were very professional, helpful and understanding. We would definitely recommend them to others. More
I was driving around looking for Jeeps in this area. I had driven over an hour from Manchester NH to look at Jeeps. Just driving by I noticed all the Jeeps outside and decided to stop in. I looked at the Jeeps outside and found a few that I was interested in. Nobody came out to greet me, which is ok for the most part but after walking the entire lot, I would've thought somebody would've tackled me. Not being greeted on the lot isn't a big deal, so I went in to talk to somebody. The place was pretty busy so I patiently waited for about 15 minutes. Sales people were with customers but not one of the 6 or 7 people that I saw greeted me at all. I started to walk toward the service desk and saw 3 people standing there talking. Not one of them looked at me. I stood in the middle of the sales floor looking at a 2012 Jeep that was in the showroom for about 15 or so more minutes. So now 30 minutes later, I finally decided to leave. Not one person said, hey we are with other customers and will be with you shortly. I basically felt like the uncool kid in the high school cafeteria. It was a pretty busy location and I would've gladly waited longer had somebody at least waved. Oh well. More
By far the best experience I have ever had buying a new car. I can't say enough about this place. I found the price of the car online and called to see how much they would drop the sticker price before taking a long ride to the dealership. Within 5 mins I had a price that was lower than any other dealer.So I drove up the next morning. To my great surprise the car was parked right out front waiting for me to test drive. ALso to my great surprise was the fact that the price they quoted me was the exact price on the purchase agreement. They didn't try to nickle and dime me at all.Everyone I spoke to was friendly and treated me like a vip. The most impressive part of the experience was the fact that Kelly got me a much lower interest rate than I had asked for. They explained great new finance programs that would benefit me. Over all as I said before this was the best buying experience I have ever had. More
I just picked up my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee, I've been dealing with Paul Panzini,Sales Manager now for my 3rd truck from the Kelly Automotive Group. I had 2 Honda's previous and Paul called me and got me dealing with Paul Panzini,Sales Manager now for my 3rd truck from the Kelly Automotive Group. I had 2 Honda's previous and Paul called me and got me out of my Honda Lease a little early. He offered me this new truck for pretty much the same payment. Scott Lassiter helped him as well and was very knowledgable and professional. Tom MacDonald also, helpled with all the paperwork and made it easy as well. I wouldn't buy a car any other place than from Kelly Automotive and Mr. Paul Panzini. Thanks again. More
I came to Kelly Jeep looking at a used Mazda. I purchased the car, and almost instantly regretted it. That had nothing to do with the dealer, the car was just not what I had expected it to be. I asked severa the car, and almost instantly regretted it. That had nothing to do with the dealer, the car was just not what I had expected it to be. I asked several times if there was a way to "exchange" the car for another used car; I was more than willing to pay any extra cost, and any additional dealer fees they felt were appropriate. Finally, my sales rep, Scott Lassiter told me there was no way that could happen. My first problem with the car happened immediately: After I drove it, I noticed there were two large stains on the back seat. I was assured by Scott that he would have it cleaned (mulitple times if necessary) to make sure the stains were gone. He went on to tell me he was sure he knew what the stain was, and that he would make sure the cleaners knew how to treat the stain to remove it...Needless to say, the stains re-appeared once the seats dried. On day two after buying the car, I started hearing strange creaking noises, and an awful grinding sound from the brakes. By day three, the car was in the shop to have a ball joint replaced, and to have the braIs fixed. I guess the ball joint issue could be just one of those things, but I cannot believe a car could go through Kelly's rigorous used car reconditioning, and need a brake job after two days! Scott Lassiter was helpful and polite through everything, but beyond that, I cannot give Kelly Jeep high marks for my experience or for the quality of their used auto program. More

Since I had owned 2 previous jeeps, I knew that I wanted another jeep. So, I was not interested in being sold a car but rather I was interested in purchasing the car I wanted from a reputable, professional another jeep. So, I was not interested in being sold a car but rather I was interested in purchasing the car I wanted from a reputable, professional dealership that I felt would treat me well. This dealership more than filled that goal. My initial contact was via phone with Shane Kligerman. He was friendly and helpful and an appointment was set up for me to visit the showroom. I was met at the showroom by Fahad Arshad who introduced me to my salesman Rob Page. Rob Page was the salesman I worked with and I found him to be a delightful person. He was extremely patient with me and went out of his way to make sure I was comfortable in the car. He followed through with everything we agreed to and did so in a pleasant, friendly, professional manner. I would not hesitate to recommend him since he was extremely easy to work with. Lastly, I worked with Lucas Stecker for the paperwork. Again, Lucas was both pleasant and professional taking the time to answer my questions and explaining the mechanics of the final deal. In summary, I found Kelly Jeep to be an A++ dealership and am looking forward to working with their service department when the need arises. More
