This was my second time purchasing a car from Kelly Jeep, and the second time I worked with Janet Gadsby. Janet, Brian, Rob and the entire staff at Kelly Jeep are incredibly helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable about their products. Throughout the past few years, Janet has kept constant communication and inquired about vehicle regularly to make sure everything was working well. In my most recent visit to the dealsership, Janet and the team at Kelly went above and beyond expectations. When I was looking for a specific style of the 2013 Jeep Cherokee that was not in stock, they went out of their way to source the car from another dealership. I can honestly say, it is a pleasure to work with Janet and I would recommend Janet and the Kelly family of dealerships to any customer. More
What a wonderful experience. This is only the second time I have purchased a car from a dealership and It was everything a consumer could want in what is sometimes a nerve-racking atmosphere. I have wa time I have purchased a car from a dealership and It was everything a consumer could want in what is sometimes a nerve-racking atmosphere. I have wanted to own a Jeep Wrangler since I was 18 years old and now at 28 I finally took the plunge. I was greeted and immediately made comfortable by one of the managers and answered all my questions respectfully and without being pushy or wanting to get to the bottom line. I knew what my budget was, did my research and they respected that. I was then able to meet one on one with an amazing salesperson who answered even more of my questions and seemed to bend over backwards to make me feel comfortable and get everything taken care of with out me having to fuss with the more confusing aspects of buying a new car. I spoke with the finance manager and he was speedy and took care of balancing all the what usually seems like endless paperwork into a quick painless process. I strongly recommend visiting Kelly Jeep. I strongly recommend talking with both Yamen and Kelly. I know that you will be treated with respect and dignity. Please visit them and let them help you though the process, you will not be disappointed. More

Where do I begin? I was nervous about buying a new car and had been to other Jeep dealerships in the past. I was really surprised and impressed with Kelly Jeep Chrysler because they were very friendly an and had been to other Jeep dealerships in the past. I was really surprised and impressed with Kelly Jeep Chrysler because they were very friendly and professional and most important, did not act like the typical salesperson who says whatever they think you want to hear in order to sell a car. I was fortunate enough to be introduced to James Moore was the nicest, most helpful and low-pressure salesperson I've met. Suffice it to say, I bought a new Jeep and Kelly was able to give me a competitive price and I now own a Jeep I love. And, they made it so easy - just like they say. AND, the best part is that James drove my Jeep 30 miles to my house that evening to deliver it to me! He went above and beyond. Now, I cannot say he'll do that for everyone, but he knew how much I wanted the car and did what he had to in order to make it happen. That is dedication and customer service! Kelley Byron was great too, as was Tom MacDonald, but James is definitely someone I'd recommend to my friends and family. And, I'm a fairly tough customer,so it takes a lot for me to actually spend the time to write a review (never done one before, for anything). Just go see James and you'll be happy you did. More
I chose to purchase another used vehicle from the Kelly family of dealerships for many reasons. The first vehicle was a Nissan from Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield Ma, and the second was a Subaru from Kelly Jeep family of dealerships for many reasons. The first vehicle was a Nissan from Kelly Nissan in Lynnfield Ma, and the second was a Subaru from Kelly Jeep Chrysler in Lynnfield. Both vehicles were clearly meticulously maintained from the previous owners and had incredibly low miles for their year, making it quite obvious that the dealerships are very selective of the used cars they sell. The prices were very fair, as I was able to pick up an '05 Subaru WRX STi for well under blue book value. The service desk was very courteous, and I couldn't have asked for more from the salesman (Yamen) that helped me. He was as friendly and easy to talk to as it gets, and most important of all not pushy. It felt like he was a friend, trying to help me get into the car that I wanted while keeping my budget priority number one. I would without hesitation recommend friends and family to make a purchase from the folks at Kelly Jeep Chrysler, as well as Kelly Nissan. More
The car I was looking for was on the website, but when I arrived it was "sold." While this is highly unlikely, I ended up having no option but to look at cars in the higher price range. I was told it would arrived it was "sold." While this is highly unlikely, I ended up having no option but to look at cars in the higher price range. I was told it would be 8-12 weeks before that car type would be on the lot again (outrageous claim). While I was satisfied with my purchase because I got a good deal, I think transparent business would make this purchase a 5 not a 4. Scott Lassiter was extremely nice to work with. More
Great experience. Even when my original salesperson was out sick several other members of the staff helped out as if they were all working the sale together. That is usually unheard of in car dealerships. out sick several other members of the staff helped out as if they were all working the sale together. That is usually unheard of in car dealerships. Phone calls were always returned and the staff was very experienced and knowledgeable about the product. Overall a very friendly place. I felt at home. More
My initial contact with the dealership was online through Kelley Byron. She was very helpful with providing pricing information and setting up a time for me to come into the dealership. However, it was dis Kelley Byron. She was very helpful with providing pricing information and setting up a time for me to come into the dealership. However, it was disappointing to come to the dealership and meet with a different person. This person didn't have any of the information that I had given Kelley. I had to wait while he typed all of basic info (name, address, etc) into the computer in front of me. My initial visit I was at the dealer for an hour and a half just to have somebody look at my trade in. I had already test driven the vehicle at another dealer. I went back to Kelley two more times with my sister as she was buying a jeep wrangler. I had decided not to buy the Grand Cherokee at Kelly, because Kelly did not have the silver limited that I want. When my sister went to buy her car, we dealt with Scott. When I told Scot I wasn't buying at Kelly because they didn't have silver, he told me that there was one on the lot. I had called two hours before I came and looked on line and I was told there was no silver. If Scott didn't know that was there, I would have bought from another dealer that night. Once dealing with Scott, things did seem to go more smoothly. However, in the beginning, we did have to give Scott all of the same information that we had already given to Kelley and the previous salesman. After that, everything was prepared when I came in, Scott answered all of my questions, and I was in and out of the dealership much more quickly. The night I took the car home, I noticed that the stereo was skipping. I had to bring the car back for service the first time on July 5th because the external antennae was completely missing. I waited while the antennae was replaced. On the way home, the stereo was still doing the same thing. I called again that day and said I needed to have a courtesy vehicle if I needed to bring the car there again (nobody offered me the vehicle, I had to ask for it). The first day that a vehicle was available was July 10th. I brought the car in and ended up waiting for an hour and a half because the traffic was so bad on 95. I was told then, that the tweeters in the car were bad and needed to be replaced. They did not have the parts in stock and they would take 5-7 days to ship. I was not offered any expedited shipping. After the parts were shipped, the next time a courtesy vehicle would be available was July 20th. Again, nobody offered me the vehicle, I had to ask. I dropped the care off at 10:00 AM and had been told the previous time that it was about a 4 hour job. I called the dealership at 3:30 to ask if the car was ready. It was not and they told me they would need to call me back. They called at 5:30 to tell me I would need to leave the car for the whole weekend and somebody would call me on Monday. Needless to say, I purchased the car almost a month ago and have brought it in 3 times for service and still don’t have a stereo that works properly. I live 30 miles away from the dealer, so this has added an additional 150 miles to my car, not to mention the gas. Also, I was given the courtesy with less than a quarter of a tank of gas, not even enough for my round trip. To top it off, the stereo in the courtesy vehicle has the same skipping problem that my grand Cherokee does. More
I HAD A POSITIVE EXPERIENCE WITH THE DEALERSHIP. I DID EXTENSIVE INTERNET RESEARCH BEFORE VISITING THE DEALERSHIP, AND (EVENTUALLY) GOT A SLIGHTLY BETTER DEAL THAN I EXPECTED.
