They’re not the type of dealership that lures you in with false advertisements and disclaimers you can’t read. You can tell that they care about their customers from how they interact with you. I will absolutely continue purchasing my cars here and have already told family members that they should go to Kelly too. Josh was an absolute pleasure to work with. He listened to what I wanted and was patient with me. He explained my options and thoroughly went through the financial piece. He was able to explain the trim models in a way that made sense to me, someone who has never owned a Jeep before. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal and to make sure I was happy with what SUV I was getting. He checked in with me multiple times after the sale to make sure I was up to date with the progress of the transaction. My whole family is excited for the vehicle. Christian made sure I knew how to get around the dealership, showing me where I could sit and wait, where the bathrooms were, and how to use the great coffee machine. Hands down a 10/10 experience. Worst experience ever! I took my car there in October, was told they need to order a part. I called in November to see if the part arrived and was told the part will arr I took my car there in October, was told they need to order a part. I called in November to see if the part arrived and was told the part will arrive on December 14. Xmas came by no part and not a phone call. I called “seven” times adter that and left several messages and not a call back. I was then told by their front desk that now the part will arrive in February. I asked to speak with manager, was told he would have to call me back. Again no phone call. I drive up there hoping to speak with someone and was told by the service man I spoke with when I took my vehicle in who said the computer is down and would have a manager call me….still waiting More
don't buy the cars from them I just bought a luxury jeep grand wagoneer when I went to pickup there was a dent on the hood.
