He was able to explain the trim models in a way that made sense to me, someone who has never owned a Jeep before. He went above and beyond to get me the best deal and to make sure I was happy with what SUV I was getting. He checked in with me multiple times after the sale to make sure I was up to date with the progress of the transaction. My whole family is excited for the vehicle. Worst experience ever! I took my car there in October, was told they need to order a part. I called in November to see if the part arrived and was told the part will arr I took my car there in October, was told they need to order a part. I called “seven” times adter that and left several messages and not a call back. I was then told by their front desk that now the part will arrive in February. I asked to speak with manager, was told he would have to call me back. Again no phone call. I drive up there hoping to speak with someone and was told by the service man I spoke with when I took my vehicle in who said the computer is down and would have a manager call me….still waiting More
