After visiting many dealerships in NH, I finally visited Kelly Jeep/Chrysler after seeing an add on-line for a 2013 Jeep. I met with Corey Nance and immediately felt comfortable that he was the guy I need Kelly Jeep/Chrysler after seeing an add on-line for a 2013 Jeep. I met with Corey Nance and immediately felt comfortable that he was the guy I need to deal with. Corey was very knowledgable with the product I was looking for and actually educated me with items on the Jeep models that other dealers had left out. He was very personable, polite and did not give me the "sales pitch" that the other dealer had done. I found the experience with Corey to be low pressure and comfortable, I can't remember purchasing a vehicle with such ease and feeling that I made the correct decision and recieved the best deal possible. I would (and will) recommend this dealership and Corey Nance to everyone I know looking for a Jeep/chrysler product. I bought a brand new 2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee Overland from Kelly right when they first came out in late 2010. About 50,000 miles later the check engine light came on with codes P0016 and P000B, which are from Kelly right when they first came out in late 2010. About 50,000 miles later the check engine light came on with codes P0016 and P000B, which are a crankshaft position sensor and a camshaft position sensor respectively. A few hundred miles later the light went out on it's own, but the codes were still stored in the computer. I don't usually use dealer service departments, but since these were engine-related codes and I thought it was under warrantee I decided to have them take a look to at least document the issue. When I got there I explained the two codes and asked the service manager to have them verified and documented. He informed me of their $112 "diagnostic fee." I asked if that fee applied even if the parts were under warrantee and he said yes. I asked if the camshaft and crankshaft positioning sensors were warrantee items and he said yes, so I agreed to the service expecting no charge. An hour later I got a bill for $112 and an explanation that the sensors were fine, the engine just needed a "phaser cleaning," and that the sensors were actually not covered under the warrantee. I'm about 99.9% sure this "phaser cleaning" is xx and I fully expect the light to come back on. In fact, if you google "P0016 P000B hemi" you see references to an issue with the oil control valve that is resolved by replacing the valve with one of an updated (assumed improved) part. There's even a Star Case (#S1118000063) that refers to this so I know Chrysler is aware. So after spending well over $50,000 on a new Jeep they I was charged $112 and wasted a couple hours of my time to read out two codes that I already knew were there and run an automatic cleaning routine that most likely did nothing. I don't really care about the $112 dollars, I'm more disappointed that my otherwise excellent experience with this Jeep (I really do like it a lot,) was marred by a bad experience with the service department. Based on this experience I would not recommend Kelly Jeep's service department and will not be back. More
I was looking for a used truck and Kelly Jeep Chrysler had a truck that fit all my specifications which I found using Autotrader. The next day I contacted Corey before coming in and we were able to negotiate the finer points of the deal. This was helpful and allowed to finalize before making the trip down to the dealership. We came in to and signed the deal. The process was pretty quick. Because I live in NH I had to schedule a day to take delivery in NH and have it registered. Corey picked me up at work and drove me to the dealership to pick up the truck then followed me to NH to my Town Hall to register the vehicle. I work in South Boston and live in NH. It was very convenient and great service. The truck was exactly what I wanted, the price was fair. Relatively quick negotiations and closing process with no pressure. Overall a good purchasing experience. I would like to specifically point out Corey, the salesman. He made sure I was completely satisfied every step of the way. More
Kelly Jeep Chrysler was the second dealership I visited and the experiences were night and day. The first dealership tried to sell me a brand new car with a very large scratch and continued to harrass me f and the experiences were night and day. We set up an appointment to view our choice and schedule a test drive. When we arrived was greeted most impressively. Everything went exceptionally well. We were sold, everyone we worked with were professional and courteous. We finished all the paperwork and bought the vehicle in less than two hours. Our sales consultant delivered the car, we finished the minor paper work and we now have the vehicle we wanted. We are more than satisfied with everythng from start to finish and would recommend the Kelly Jeep and the Kelly Auto Group to any one who is looking for a new or used vehicle. My husband and I worked both with Janet Gadsby and Rob Page at this dealership. We have bought many cars and this was our first "new" car purchase. Janet was very knowledgable about the cars and features and really made this experience really stress free and exciting for us. She stayed late with us at night and then came back in the next day on her day off to accommodate us in picking up the jeep. When everything was said and done Janet climes into our newly purchased vehicle , along with our rambunctious 3 year old and helped us figure out our new ride. She did not make us feel rushed or that any of our many questions were a inconvenience. I would definatly do business with her again. She was awesome to work with. Buying a car can be uncomfortable, trying to negotiate on both parts I'm sure . Janet for some reason just made that uncomfortableness less awkward. I did not go home feeling over whelmed or anxious. We left feeling excited and happy. Hope to come back soon and trade in the dreaded minivan! Rob Page has incredible patience. Our insurance company could not get there information straight and either could I. Being a military family and on the move a lot allows us to have a temporary residence, permanent residence, as well as a place to " garage a vehicle" too confusing to me but Rob worked all day with a smile on his face and got the registration in our hands before we left. He knew that we lived a distance away and he really tried hard so we would not have to come all the way back. I have not seen customer service like this team in along time. Rob has a great personality and is easy to work with. I changed my mind so many times about options and extras. He worked with me and helped me make the best decision for our family. The rest of the team is really great as well. We were there for a while trying to get things done with my insurance company and everyone at some point stopped up say hi or talk to my 3 year old. The employees were handing her balloons and trying to keep her occupied as we were on the phone with our insurance co. Scott Lassiter worked with me a couple of weeks ago when I was beginning to look at new cars. He took me on the initial test drive, explained the vehicle and actually talked hard numbers. He respected the fact that I was just starting the buying process and did not pressure me. That impressed me. After test driving a number of competing vehicles, I decided on the GC. When I went back to Kelly to make a deal, Scott was not working that day so Janet Gadsby handled the transaction from that point on. Janet is a real professional who knows how to take care of her customers. She answered all my remaining questions about the GC, showed great attention to detail and an understanding of my needs. Kelly did not have a GC Limited on the lot with the color combination / options I was looking for, so Janet helped me search through the vehicles that were in-transit from the factory to Kelly. After I picked one that was close to, but not exactly, what I wanted, Janet - on her own initiative and without any suggestion from me - located the EXACT color combination / options that I was looking for using Jeep's database. Although my GC was on its way to another dealership 100 miles away, Kelly did not hesitate to do what it took to get me exactly what I was looking for. Even though it must've cost Kelly something to get my GC (at least to have a driver make the 200-mile round trip), they still set a great price for the new GC and gave me a very fair price for my trade in. Janet communicated frequently and clearly while we were waiting for my car to arrive at the other dealership, and handled the delivery thoroughly. Everything about the process of getting my new GC was top notch - fair, honest, smooth, low pressure and hassle-free. By the way, I had the same fantastic experience with Kelly Jeep when I purchased a new Jeep Liberty from them back in 2004. Kelly really does make it easy.
