Just an oil change, but quick service Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the serv Went in after work to get an oil change. They took my vehicle in quickly, but I waited about 45 minutes. Once they pulled my vehicle out of the service bay, they parked it right in front of where I would exit. Nice. HOWEVER. There were two vehicles parked in front of me that were not going anywhere for a while, and two more vehicles parked in the adjacent lane. So, I was blocked. I brought it to their attention before I left, but nobody came out to move any of those vehicles. I waited about 10 minutes, and then did a 65 point turn to exit. A little frustrating - I wish they were more attentive to the way other customers park when they come into the dealership. More

Jeep review 2015 I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks I usually have outstanding experiences at this dealership, but I was disappointed at my last visit. I had booked my appt & a loaner car about 2 weeks in advance. My loaner car was not ready when I arrived & I had to wait about 20 minutes at least. When I asked how much longer, I was told they were busy, which I understand that, but I booked 2 weeks prior. It seemed They were trying to talk me out of the rental, but I had a doctor's appointment I needed to get to. Needless to say, I was disappointed. More

Fast Courteous service always at Kelly's Everyone at Kelly's is friendly and out-going. the are courteous, and interested in fast complete service. They make sure that I receive an explanation of the work done, and answer any question I may have. More

Leasing a new vehicle This was by far the best leasing experience I've ever had! In the past I have leased other brand cars, as well as another Jeep.
