Leasing a new vehicle This was by far the best leasing experience I've ever had! In the past I have leased other brand cars, as well as another Jeep. An excellent experience with Kelly Jeep I literally walked in off the street one day, thinking that I'd look at used Jeeps and turn in my old BMW. I was met by Dave Strazzere, a sale agent, I literally walked in off the street one day, thinking that I'd look at used Jeeps and turn in my old BMW. I was met by Dave Strazzere, a sale agent, who treated me as if I'd made a formal appointment. We looked at the company inventory of used Jeeps, but he also suggested I drive the new Cherokee and new Compass. Both were wonderful, but the size of the Compass was what I was looking for. Long story short, I ended up THAT DAY making a commitment for a brand new Compass and am glad of it! (My first NEW car ever!) The whole experience was smooth, respectful, friendly, UNpressured, and very satisfying. In fact, the whole showroom had friendly people in it, and I felt welcomed and well attended to. This is clearly a professional company that knows how to treat its customers. Dave was knowledgeable and gave me lots of time to ask questions and explore the cars. I felt no pressure from him to buy. I'll also admit I've been in other Jeep showrooms before, but never felt the level of courtesy or serve I felt at Kelly. Once the sale was made, I returned later and Dave went over the car with h]]me, top to bottom. I've just made my first Boston commute in a new car, after 30 years of driving that route!
