Overall ok experience with lease. Staff are very polite and helpful always. I’m annoyed though that at my last service they did not change my sticker (next service) or put air in a ti Staff are very polite and helpful always. Did they even change the oil or complete any of the service… don’t really know. I also texted them about this and got no response. 1 year left on my lease so I guess it doesn’t matter. My family and I almost died after their 'repair' of my Jeep. Despite making an appointment at noon on Monday, I didn't receive my Jeep back until Thursday afternoon. During that time, I received no stat Jeep. Despite making an appointment at noon on Monday, I didn't receive my Jeep back until Thursday afternoon. During that time, I received no status calls and they lost my key. The evening I got my car back, after paying $750 for a battery replacement, all of the symptoms came back and worse. I almost got in a horrible wreck when my power steering disappeared. I am infuriated with the total lack of care or responsibility. More
