Did they even change the oil or complete any of the service… don’t really know. I also texted them about this and got no response. 1 year left on my lease so I guess it doesn’t matter. My family and I almost died after their 'repair' of my Jeep. Despite making an appointment at noon on Monday, I didn't receive my Jeep back until Thursday afternoon. During that time, I received no stat Jeep. Despite making an appointment at noon on Monday, I didn't receive my Jeep back until Thursday afternoon. During that time, I received no status calls and they lost my key. The evening I got my car back, after paying $750 for a battery replacement, all of the symptoms came back and worse. I almost got in a horrible wreck when my power steering disappeared. I am infuriated with the total lack of care or responsibility. More
