Prompt and Professional I brought my car in as I had maintenance messages concerning oil and tires pop up, but I also had a major concern over an unidentifiable noise that I I brought my car in as I had maintenance messages concerning oil and tires pop up, but I also had a major concern over an unidentifiable noise that I was hearing from my car. Immediately upon dropping my car off, David brought me into his office and we discussed the reasons my car was there, including the noise that I had a difficult time describing. David was very nice and extremely patient, and he even suggested what the issue might be on my vehicle, which actually turned out to be the cause of the noise. He quickly completed my paperwork and set me up with a quality loaner car that had been promised when I first made the appointment, and I was on my way. David then made it a point to follow up with me later that day and give me an update on where the work on my car was. He clearly described the work that was to be done and the choices I had with the suggested repairs. I ended up needing to keep the loaner for a few days, which was no problem for me at all, and David made it clear that extending the loaner was no issue at all for Kelly Infiniti. David was a pleasure to deal with and this visit ended up restoring my confidence in Dealerships. More

There was only one thing that really was not up to expectations and that was the car wash thats included on the The service experience was excellent. My car was not really washed thoroughly and there was a weird smell inside when I picked my car up. Wheels were dirty, floor mats too. They could have done a better job on the wash. More

I have had mixed issues before he came on board, but now wouldn't consider going anywhere else. The dealership in general looked very clean and organized and I was even offered a drink and a snack! Dave needs to keep this car in pristine working order so that I can trade it in on the new Coupe (which we discussed and Dave too seemed excited about its release). More
