Great Experience! I came in for a regular oil change, and was quickly greeted in a friendly and professional manner. I waited and was pleasantly surprised when my car was ready within 30min. The car had been washed and vacuumed, and there was bottled water and mints on the front seat. The customer service is outstanding! More

I was called w Went to get oil change on a Saturday afternoon, and I was told that it would be a little more than an hour until my car would be ready. I was called within 45 minutes to tell me my car was ready for pickup. Adam was extremely helpful and even informed me of the four free services I had on credit since purchasing my car there in October, which was an awesome surprise that I hadn't known about. Got my car back after it had been put through the car wash -- it had a complimentary bottle of water and Kelly mints in my cup holder. Thanks for the great experience! I've had too many awful ones in the past so this was an awesome change for me. ?? More

My first I Whether or not the purchase of a new car is a good investment is as much about service after the sale as it is choosing the right car. My first Infiniti purchase was in 1997. Bought a new Q 45 for, well, $45,000 dollars. Still own and drive it everyday. It has a quarter million miles on it and drives like a bullet. Based on that very positive experience we tried a 2014 Q 50s. Wow. What a car. The technology and drivability is really stunning. As with many new models the car had a nagging issue that turned out to be a hard to find engine vacuum leak. Finding the problem took several months and 10 or so service appointments. With that kind of experience you might expect me to have a negative feeling about the car and the manufacturer in general. In fact the opposite was true. Kelly Infiniti treated me like a partner in the challenge of getting the car fixed and spared no effort or expense making sure we didnt suffer because our car was constantly in the shop. After it was fixed we really fell in love with the car and continued to have an extremely positive experience every time we have it serviced at Kelly. I have yet to find the limit to which this team is willing to go to make things right. Making a good investment in a car is a tricky business. My old Q45 has cost me, to date, 18 cents a mile to drive. But it would never have gotten this far without a great service partner like I have at this dealership. At Kelly the extre expense of servicing my car at the dealership has always been more than made up by how quickly and correctly they fix the problem. When you drive a car for 20 years you also appreciate the importance of original parts. They really last a lot longer than the cheaper alternatives. These virtues have saved my both time, money, and contributed to the safety of my car over the long run. Suffice it to say Im a life long fan. Randy Johnson More
