It wasn’t a good customer service. It was my first time there and they want me too go over Nashua Infiniti dealership. I didn’t know what my car issues was and they didn’t found out either they just want m there and they want me too go over Nashua Infiniti dealership. I didn’t know what my car issues was and they didn’t found out either they just want me to leave my car there and when it was ready pick up and it said it won’t be cheaper, after a while a good guy talk to me nice and make an appointment but I couldn’t goo my mechanics fix my car very good and cheap thank you . Pete and James treated me like family, they took care of all of my concerns in no time at all. They got me in and out of the dealership fast. I was very happy. Brought my car in for oil change. Inspection of car revealed back brakes needed to replaced. I was given a loaner car. Picked up my car the next day and all issues were taken care of, and car was washe revealed back brakes needed to replaced. I was given a loaner car. Picked up my car the next day and all issues were taken care of, and car was washed and vacuumed. Nice! More
