Deandre Coke made my experience with Kelly infinity worth every penny spent! As soon as I showed interest in the car he emailed me right away, Was very quick to respond to all emails answered all the questio every penny spent! I explain to him that the car was exactly what I’ve been searching for and he made that happen for me. A really nice family guy who obviously enjoys his job. If you are looking to buy a car give this guy a call he’s awesome. Not to mention I was limited on time and made sure I was able to drive off the lot with the car of my dreams. Kelly Infiniti rocks. Needed a state inspection, a new battery and general maintenance service (LOF, tire rotation). Once they have your car, they perform whatever service generally on time and done right. My only complaint is that the last two times I called the service department, nobody answered and no voice mail. Fr generally on time and done right. My only complaint is that the last two times I called the service department, nobody answered and no voice mail. Frustrating. Every business has help problems now, I get it. But I do expect a premium brand to at least pick up the phone, even if it’s just to take my info and have someone call me back later. That said, their on line service scheduler does work. More
