Always great service!!!! Called Service after I had bought another SUV from another dealership because freedom had no used Tucson. Had a brake pulse. Fine people at Freedom Hyundai I first became familiar with Freedom Hyundai via their service department. I have been using the service department for approximately a year and every I first became familiar with Freedom Hyundai via their service department. I have been using the service department for approximately a year and every single time I have visited, the entire staff that I came in contact was pleasant and helpful. Recently we purchased a new 2018 Sonata and Sheena and the rest of the staff we dealt with were pleasant and patient with us. The entire purchase process was stream-lined and non-stressful (my wife's favorite part). We look forward to being part of the Freedom "family" and expect to purchase future vehicles from this Hyundai dealership. p.s. I forgot to note how easy Jeff Ruscavage (F&I) was to deal with, as well. Chelsea was great! I contacted Chelsea in December 2017 about early return on my lease. She kept in contact with me for several weeks about available incentives. Through I contacted Chelsea in December 2017 about early return on my lease. She kept in contact with me for several weeks about available incentives. Through Chelsea we set up an appointment and scheduled a test drive in January. Although we did not make a deal that night, Chelsea kept us updated and we came to an agreement to lease a new Elantra in February. We absolutely love this new car and can't thank Chelsea and all the staff of Freedom Hyundai for such great friendly service. Highly recommend. More
