We called ahead to let Freedom Hyundai know we would be traveling down from the ABE area. Our roadtrip took longer than expected due to backups on 78 and 22, however, when we arrived Mike Daub was waiting traveling down from the ABE area. I've never experienced such great customer service. Mike was exceptional in taking care of us. Also, Mike had a great and fun personality which made our experience so much more comfortable and didn't make the usual car purchase experience so long or boring. From the time we walked into the showroom till the time we left the dealership with our new "preowned" Hyundai, every person that worked there and walked by either greeted us or smiled at us. Mike Daub and Finance Manager Jeff Ruscavage stayed very late after closing to finish our deal and ensure we had everything we needed in order to take our new car home that night. There were no shady deals or feeling that we were being "hornswaggled" in any way. Mike explained everything to us about our trade-in value and how the price, payments and interest rates were going to work. This was a fantastic experience and we will go out of our way to deal with Freedom Hyundai from now on.
