Our car was totaled in an accident on 12/30/13 while it was parked in front of our home, leaving us VERY unexpectedly in need of purchasing a car. On a whim we stopped at Freedom Hyundai to see what pre-o was parked in front of our home, leaving us VERY unexpectedly in need of purchasing a car. On a whim we stopped at Freedom Hyundai to see what pre-owned vehicles were on the lot, knowing we didn't have a lot to spend. Vicky was friendly, knowledgeable, and knowing our situation, Vicky did not pressure us to make an immediate decision on buying a vehicle without knowing exactly what was happening with insurance payouts from the driver who hit our car. When we did return to purchase our vehicle, we knew we only wanted to work with Vicky. Our credit rating isn't the greatest, but still the finance department was able to get us financing with terms and a payment that we could afford on a GREAT vehicle. Thank you Vicky and FREEDOM Hyundai for your kindness and for providing us with a vehicle that will last us a long time!! More

This was my first car buying experience and it was definitely great! Michael was so helpful, with not going helping me find the right car but also by going over all the features of the car on delivery definitely great! He checked in on getting all weather mats and once he found out a price, he texted me to let me know and then also went as far as to order them for me! He has checked to make sure I was loving my car, and to also make sure I didn't have any questions! I am coming back in tomorrow to get the paint and leather treatment which Jeff took the time to contact service to make my appointment. I also have a question on my new Santa Fe which I already talked to Michael about it and he is going to address it with me on Monday when he comes in and I come back to pick my car up! My schedule this week was crazy with starting a new job and Michael was going to come in on his day off so I could pick up the car and do all the paper work! It worked out that he had switched and was scheduled to come in, but the fact that he was willing to come in just to help me out was above and beyond! My experience at this dealership was exceptional and one I will share with anyone in the market for a car!!! Thanks to everyone who made this a great experience!!! :) More
On 12/20/13 we stopped at this dealership because we were unable to mate our phones with the Bluetooth system in our car. As we neared the dealership we were approached by Ms Preston. We told here our problem and she instantly and very pleasantly told us that she would be happy to do that for us. Wiithin a few minutes she had mated both phones to our car. I called Monique when I began to notice that there was a strong fuel smell in my Sante Fe. She immediately said that we should get the vehicle to Freedom as soon as possible. As a courtesy to me, I am able to drop my vehicle directly to her, since I work out of town. This is a service that I greatly appreciate, since the dealership is about 20 miles from my home. The service team was able to correct the problem and I had my Sante Fe back in two days. I truly value my relationship with this dealership and will not take my vehicle anywhere else. More
Freedom Hyundai was a better car buying experience than I have ever had in the past. i was having problems with the lights in my car. i had stopped and asked jim about the recall on my car. i told him about the problem i was having with my lights. ( i was currently going somewhere else to get this fixed.) jim had me pull into the garage and he gave me his opinion on what was wrong and helped me see the extent of the problem so i would get my dealer to fix it properly. ( they goofed it so i was making them fix it, or i would have just have had freedom fix it). he was very helpful and gave me a card. More
